Drug abuse among teenagers is a serious issue that requires special attention. Early education and prevention strategies are crucial in shaping strong and high-integrity youth. This community engagement activity was conducted at SMA N 2 Sukoharjo, involving 100 tenth-grade students. The main objective of this activity is drug education and prevention, in order to form teenagers with character and integrity. A participatory approach was employed, combining lectures, interactive discussions, and case study simulations. The materials covered various topics, including types and effects of drugs, prevention strategies based on family and school environments, and character-building to resist peer pressure related to drug abuse. Additionally, awareness campaigns utilizing educational media were conducted to reinforce key messages. The results indicated a significant improvement in students' understanding of drug dangers and the importance of their active role in creating a drug-free environment. Evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests showed a 40% increase in awareness levels. Interactive discussions further revealed that students recognized the crucial role of family and community support in preventing drug involvement. With these positive outcomes, this program is expected to serve as a model for other educational institutions in implementing drug prevention strategies through education and youth character development.
