Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Anemia merupakan keadaan menipisnya sel darah merah (eritrosit) dalam darah yang menyebabkan ketidakmampuan menjalankan tugasnya sebagai oksigen ke seluruhan sel-sel jaringan tubuh. Anemia dalam kehamilan yaitu keadaan ibu yang mempunyai kadar hemoglobin di bawah 11 gr% pada trimester 1 dan 3 atau kurang dari 10,5 gr% pada trimester 2. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Madu, Sari Kurma dan Tablet Tambah Darah terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada anemia ibu hamil trimester III. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ekspermien semu dengan desain penelitian pretest-posttest with control group design. Teknik pengfambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah tehnik random sampling dengan pendekatan staratificed random sampling jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 orang dengan masing masing kelompok sebesar 19 orang. Hasil: Rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum pada kelompok madu +TTD 9.68 g/dl, kurma + TTD 8.96 g/dl dan TTD 9.06 g/dl. Dan rerata kadar hemoglobin seseudah intervensi pada kelompok madu + TTD 10.02 g/dl, kurma + TTD 9.3 g/dl dan TTD 9.2 g/dl. Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan rerata kadar hemoglobin pada anemia ibu hamil sebelum dan sesudah pemberian madu + TTD (0.000<0.05). terdapat perbedaan rerata kadar hemoglobin pada anemia ibu hamil sebelum dan sesudah pemberian kurma + TTD (0.008<0.05). tidak ada perbedaan rerata kadar hemoglobin pada anemia ibu hamil sebelum dan sesudah pemberian tabelt tambaha darah (0.172>0.05). terdapat perbedaan rerata kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil pada kelompok intervensi madu + TTD, kurma + TTD dan TTD. Madu + TTD adalah paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada anemia ibu hamil di bandingkan dengan pemberian kurma + TTD). ABSTRACT Background: Anemia is a state of depletion of red blood cells (erythrocytes) in the blood which causes the inability to carry out its duties as oxygen to all cells of the body tissues. Anemia in pregnancy is a condition of the mother who has a hemoglobin level below 11% in the 1st and 3rd trimester or less than 10.5% in the 2nd trimester. Objective: To determine the effect of giving Honey, Date Juice and Blood Addition Tablets on increasing hemoglobin levels in anemic third trimester pregnant women. Method: This research is a pseudo-experimental study with a pretest-posttest research design with control group design. The sampling technique used is random sampling technique with a staratificed random sampling approach, the number of samples is 57 people with each group of 19 people. Results: The average hemoglobin level before the honey + TTD group was 9.68 g/dl, dates + TTD 8.96 g/dl and TTD 9.06 g/dl. And the average hemoglobin level after intervention in the honey + TTD group was 10.02 g/dl, dates + TTD 9.3 g/dl and TTD 9.2 g/dl. Conclusion: There is a difference in the mean hemoglobin level in anemia of pregnant women before and after the administration of honey + TTD (0.000<0.05). there is a difference in the mean hemoglobin level in anemia of pregnant women before and after the administration of dates + TTD (0.008<0.05). there is no difference in the mean hemoglobin level in anemia of pregnant women before and after the administration of blood supplement table (0.172>0.05). there is a difference in the mean hemoglobin level in pregnant women in the intervention groups of honey + TTD, dates + TTD and TTD. Honey + TTD has the greatest effect on increasing hemoglobin levels in anemic pregnant women compared to the provision of dates + TTD).
