ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Standar pelayanan farmasi menurut SPM Rumah Sakit terdiri dari beberapa indikator. Indikator tersebut adalah waktu tunggu pelayanan obat jadi ≤≤ 30 menit dan obat racikan ≤≤ 60 menit, tidak adanya kejadian kesalahan pemberian obat 100%, penulisan resep sesuai formularium adalah 100% dan kepuasan pelanggan 80%. Untuk indikator waktu tunggu pelayanan obat di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Lanto Dg Pasewang masih banyak keluhan keterlambatan, dari data evaluasi indikator mutu Unit Farmasi tahun 2023 untuk waktu tunggu pelayanan obat jadi di apotek rawat jalan rata-rata keterlambatan 64,1% sedangkan untuk obat racikan rata-rata 85,5%. Untuk data tahun 2024 dari bulan Januari - September keterlambatan obat jadi 61,2% dan obat racikan 85,7%. Penerapan SPM di Rumah Sakit diharapkan dapat menghasilkan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas, memuaskan dan dapat memberikan jaminan keamanan pada pengguna jasa rumah sakit/masyarakat. Tujuan: Untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) farmasi di Apotek Rawat Jalan RSUD Lanto Dg Pasewang Jeneponto. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RSUD Lanto Dg Pasewang pada tanggal 21 Desember 2024 sampai dengan 04 Januari 2025. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pasien/keluarga pasien BPJS rawat jalan yang dilayani di apotek RSUD Lanto Dg Pasewang Jeneponto mulai dari hari Senin sampai Sabtu dengan total pasien/keluarga pasien selama 6 hari kerja sebanyak 900 orang. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling mulai hari Senin sampai Sabtu selama dua minggu. Sampel berjumlah sebanyak 277 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis univariat. Hasil: 1) Waktu tunggu untuk pelayanan obat jadi ≤30 menit dan obat racikan ≤60 menit adalah sebesar 67,1% sedangkan menurut SPM farmasi RS sebesar ≥80%; 2) Kejadian kesalahan pemberian obat sebesar 95,3% sedangkan menurut SPM farmasi RS adalah sebesar 100%; 3) Penulisan resep sesuai formularium sebesar 100% sudah sesuai dengan SPM farmasi RS; 4) Kepuasan pelanggan yang merasa cukup puas sebesar 99,6% sudah sesuai dengan SPM farmasi RS ≥80%. ABSTRACT Background: Pharmaceutical service standards according to the Hospital SPM consist of several indicators. These indicators are waiting time for finished medicine ≤≤ 30 minutes and compounded medicine ≤≤ 60 minutes, the absence of 100% medication errors, writing prescriptions according to the formulary is 100% and customer satisfaction is 80%. For the indicator of waiting time for drug services at the Pharmacy Installation of Lanto Dg Pasewang Hospital, there are still many complaints of delays, from the data on the evaluation of the quality indicators of the Pharmacy Unit in 2023 for waiting time for finished drug services in outpatient pharmacies, the average delay is 64.1%, while for compounded drugs the average is 85.5%. For 2024 data from January - September, the delay for finished drugs was 61.2% and for compounded drugs was 85.7%. The implementation of SPM in hospitals is expected to produce quality, satisfactory health services and can provide security guarantees to hospital service users/community. Objective: To evaluate the implementation of Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for pharmacy in the Outpatient Pharmacy of RSUD Lanto Dg Pasewang Jeneponto. Method: The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted at Lanto Dg Pasewang Hospital on December 21, 2024 to January 04, 2025. The population in this study were all patients/families of outpatient BPJS patients who were served at the Jeneponto Lanto Dg Pasewang Hospital pharmacy from Monday to Saturday with a total of 900 patients/families of patients for 6 working days. Sample collection was carried out using purposive sampling technique from Monday to Saturday for two weeks. The sample amounted to 277 people. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis and univariate analysis. Results: 1) Waiting time for finished medicine service ≤30 minutes and compounded medicine ≤60 minutes was 67.1% while according to hospital pharmacy SPM it was ≥80%; 2) The incidence of drug administration errors amounted to 95.3% while according to the hospital pharmacy SPM is 100%; 3) Prescription writing according to the formulary was 100% in accordance with the SPM of hospital pharmacy; 4) Customer satisfaction, which was moderately satisfied at 99.6%, was in accordance with the SPM of hospital pharmacy ≥80%.
