Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip-prinsip Total Quality Management dalam lembaga pendidikan Islam dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan dengan mengkaji berbagai literatur terkait Total Quality Management, manajemen pendidikan, dan implementasinya dalam konteks pendidikan Islam. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari tantangan yang dihadapi oleh lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di tengah berbagai keterbatasan, baik dalam hal sumber daya manusia, fasilitas, maupun manajerial. Penelitian ini membahas lima prinsip utama Total Quality Management, yaitu pendekatan berbasis proses, perbaikan berkelanjutan, partisipasi total, kepemimpinan yang kuat, dan fokus pada pelanggan, serta bagaimana prinsip-prinsip tersebut dapat diintegrasikan dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip Total Quality Management dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran, administrasi, serta fasilitas pendidikan, meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam implementasinya, seperti resistensi terhadap perubahan dan keterbatasan sumber daya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of technology in the promotion strategy at MI Nurul Hikmah and identify the obstacles faced. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing, data validity test using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results showed that technology, especially social media and websites, has helped madrasah in disseminating information and increasing visibility. However, the utilization of technology in promotion is still partial and not well integrated. The main obstacles faced are the limited competence of human resources, inadequate technology infrastructure, and limited budget. Based on digital transformation theory, the success of technology requires structured planning and professional management. This study recommends MI Nurul Hikmah to develop a more structured promotion strategy, including digital training for staff, professional management of social media and website, and improvement of technology infrastructure. With these steps, MI Nurul Hikmah can improve its competitiveness and adaptation to technological developments.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Darul Kamal Nahdlatul Wathan Islamic Boarding School as a driving force for the development of Islamic education in Kembang Kerang Daya Village, East Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study methodology through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings demonstrate that Darul Kamal has successfully integrated religious education with practical life skills relevant to rural communities by providing formal education through madrasah and non-formal programs such as regular religious gatherings and Islamic courses, thereby offering flexible educational access to the community. Despite facing challenges related to limited infrastructure and management, Darul Kamal creates inclusive education by involving community leaders and the village government. The synergy between the institution and community fosters a strong sense of ownership, supports program sustainability, and generates positive impacts on rural socio-economic development. This research contributes to strengthening awareness of the urgency of Islamic education and developing practical skills to improve the quality of life in rural communities sustainably.

Abstract

Disciplinary character helps students to develop self-control, and helps students recognize wrong behavior and then correct it. A learning theory that prioritizes change in the form of changes in knowledge, skills or attitudes is Behavioristic learning theory. The aim of this research is to find out how behavioristic theory is implemented in forming students' disciplined character in PAI learning at SDN 1 Taman Ayu. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. This research was conducted at SDN 1 Taman Ayu. Based on the research results, it was found that the application of behavioristic theory to PAI learning has been implemented well in accordance with the principles contained in behavioristic theory by increasing stimulus so that it can produce the desired response. In the application of behavioristic theory at SDN 1 Taman Ayu, the disciplined character of students that is formed includes: 1) students enter the class according to the specified time, 2) Students obey the class rules, in this case the rules are that the teacher does not start the learning process during class not yet clean, 3) Be orderly in following the learning process, 4) Maintain cleanliness and order in the classroom, 5) Complete teacher orders according to the time given, and 6). Collect assignments on time.
