Abstract

Indonesia is known for being one of the countries that are at high risk of experiencing bad things like natural disasters because of climate change. One of the Indonesia government's initiatives in addressing this issue is to participate in the Paris Agreement, which implies the implementation of a green accounting system. The Implementing green accounting offers many benefits to organizations. At the same time, company management strongly embraces the idea of sustainability in their operations and chooses to disclose the social and economic impacts of their activities. In various sectors, including the banking industry, there is a growing emphasis on implementing green practices within their operations as part of an effort to enhance business ethics, called green banking. This research aims to analyze the development of CIMB Niaga's success in environmental management over the last six years. This study concentrates on developing sustainability implementation guidelines for financial institutions to implement green banking. The research methodology used in this research is quantitative, with two approaches, namely a qualitative perspective or paradigm. The data used consists of secondary data obtained from continuous reporting for the period 2016 to 2022. The results of this research are CIMB Niaga's implementation of green banking policies has been quite successful. These results provide recommendations for CIMB Niaga management to continue to improve the company's environmental performance. Improving the company's environmental performance shows management's commitment to carrying out CIMB Niaga activities based on the concept of sustainability.

Abstract

Pendidikan pada anak usia dini merupakan pembelajaran awal bagi seorang insan. Pada masa usia dini, tepatnya umur 0-6 tahun, merupakan masa aktif untuk membangun fondasi seorang anak demi pembentukan karakter. Merdeka belajar merupakan kurikulum baru yang diciptakan demi terbentuknya reformasi pendidikan. Merdeka belajar bagi anak usia dini merupakan salah satu bentuk terciptanya merdeka bermain dengan tujuan untuk pengembangan diri anak sesuai dengan tingkatannya. Pembelajaran ini mempengaruhi peningkatan motorik halus, motorik kasar, dan kognitif pada anak. Merdeka belajar identik dengan merdeka bermain yang mengartikan bahwa adanya kebebasan untuk bermain sebagai salah satu bentuk pembelajaran bagi anak usia dini. Dengan adanya kebebasan untuk memilih, anak dapat belajar mandiri dan bertanggung jawab atas segala bentuk tindakannya. Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar mendukung akselerasi pembentukan karakter sejak dini dengan tujuan mengusung generasi emas di masa yang akan mendatang. Kurikulum ini wajib diterapkan di Sanggar Kreativitas Bombi agar dapat melahirkan generasi emas sekaligus berperan sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap regulasi pemerintah. Pengajar bukan lagi berperan sebagai penentu, melainkan sebagai fasilitator yang mendukung perkembangan karakter dan aspek psikomotorik anak. Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar diharapkan dapat menjadi guncangan sektor pendidikan agar dapat bersaing dengan negara lain. Tim MBKM Untar membantu menganalisis efektivitas pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar pada anak usia dini Sanggar Kreativitas Bombi. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi secara langsung dan wawancara. Early childhood education is early learning for a human being. Children's early years, ages 0-6 years to be exact, are an active period in which their character is formed. Freedom to Learn is a new curriculum created for the purpose of reforming education. In early childhood, freedom of learning is a means of playing with children's self-development in accordance with the purpose of their creation. In children, this learning helps them improve their fine motor skill, gross motor skill, and cognitive capabilities. It is important to note that freedom to learn is synonymous with freedom to play, which means that early childhood children are free to play as a way of learning. By having the freedom to choose, children can learn to be independent and responsible. Merdeka Learning Curriculum aims to accelerate the building of character at an early age for the creation of a golden generation. Sanggar Kreativitas Bombi needs to implement this curriculum to ensure the development of a golden generation and to play a role in supporting government legislation. Teachers are no longer determinants, but facilitators who assist children in developing their character and psychomotor skills. The Free Learning Curriculum is expected to shock the education sector in order to keep up with other countries' education systems. The MBKM Untar team helped analyze the effectiveness of learning the Merdeka Learning Curriculum for early childhood at Sanggar Kreativitas Bombi. It is based on direct observation and interviews.

Abstract

Trading companies are one type of business that dominates throughout the world. The most important thing in a goods company is the procurement of goods because this is the main resource so that the expected trading activities can be carried out. This Community Service Activity (PKM) is one manifestation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, to provide benefits to the community. The students have never studied purchasing transactions in accounting using the accounting program. It is hoped that this activity will provide benefits for Kristoforus 1 High School students to better understand the use of accounting programs in inputting company transactions, especially purchasing transactions. This training will focus on purchasing transactions. This activity will be carried out for 90 minutes in two offline sessions in October 2023. The activity includes presentation of material by the Untar PKM Team, then continued with practice questions and ending with a question and answer session. From the results of the questionnaire, it can be seen that the material presented was successfully accepted by the students and increased their knowledge.

Abstract

Cash is a very important asset for everyone, especially for companies. Cash is the main resource so that expected business activities can be carried out. The introduction of computer-based accounting is very important, especially for high school students considering current technological advances. This Community Service Activity (PKM) is one manifestation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, to provide benefits to the community. So far, accounting learning has always been given manually, never using an accounting application. It is hoped that this activity will provide benefits for Tarsisius 1 High School students to better understand the use of accounting programs in inputting company transactions, especially cash and bank transactions. This activity was carried out for 90 minutes in two offline sessions in December 2023. The activity included presentation of material by the Untar PKM Team, then continued with practice questions and ended with a question and answer session.
