Abstract

This research was conducted to test leadership, organizational culture, work environment on employee performance with motivation as mediation. This type of research is causally comparative which shows a causal relationship between one variable and another. The object of this research is the South Batam Pratama Tax Service Office. The data obtained came from the distribution of online questionnaires to 130 employees of the South Batam Pratama Tax Service Office, or also called population. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, so the number of samples is as many as 130 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. This research is quantitative type with descriptive data analysis techniques and path analysis processed using Smart PLS software. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the variables of Organizational Culture, work environment, and motivation partially had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, while leadership did not affect employee performance. Organizational culture, leadership, and work environment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Motivational variables are able to mediate the influence of leadership on employee performance. Motivation is able to mediate the influence of the work environment on employee performance at the South Batam Pratama Tax Service Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Leadership and Work Discipline on Employee Performance Mediated by Organizational Commitment at PT Nusantara Power Engineering Medan. The research method used in the study is quantitative method, in this study there are one 2 independent variables, 1 intervening variable, and 1 dependent variable. The population in this study was 47 yarn employees of PT Nusantara Power Engineering Medan. The sampling technique in this study is saturated samples. The data withdrawal technique used was a questionnaire with Likert scale. The data analysis technique to answer this research hypothesis is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that leadership variables had no effect on employee performance, leadership variables did not affect organizational commitment, work discipline variables had an effect on employee performance, work discipline variables had no effect on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment variables had an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of work discipline and work experience on employee performance moderated by the organization's commitment to PT HKI Pekanbaru-Dumai Rest Area Development Project. The sample in this study was 80 respondents who were contract employees. The analysis method used is moderating regression analysis. This research was conducted by statistical methods processed with the help of SPSS v. 25 Software. The results showed that partially the variables of Work Discipline and work experience had a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. The results of the moderation test explain the commitment of decent work to be a moderation variable and strengthen the relationship of work discipline variables to employee performance. While work commitment is not worthy to be a moderation variable and weakens the relationship of work experience variables to employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Influence of Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT Hutama Karya Infrastruktur Padang Sicincin. The research approach used in this study is quantitative. The population in this study is all employees of PT HKI Padang Siring Section which amounts to 54 people. This study conducted a sampling technique by Non Probability Sampling, namely by using census sampling or saturated sampling because the entire population is as many as 54 employees / respondents. The data collection used is to use personal questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is a path analysis technique using smart PLS software. The results showed that Perception Organizational Culture had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT HKI Padang Sicincin. Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT HKI Padang Sicincin Section. Perception Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT HKI Padang Sicincin Section. Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT HKI Padang Sicincin. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT HKI Padang Sicincin. Perception Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at PT HKI Padang Sicincin. Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at PT HKI Padang Sicincin.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation and Work Discipline on Performance with Career Development as an Intervening Variable at PT Hutama Karya Infrastruktur Binjai-Brandan Zone IV. The population and sample in this study were contract employees of PT Hutama Karya Infrastruktur Pembangunan Tol Pekanbaru-Padang, Padang Siring Section totaling 82 respondents. With sampling techniques, namely saturated samples. The data analysis technique in this study uses (SEM) structural equation modeling using the help of smartPLS. The results of this study showed that work discipline had no effect on performance. Work discipline affects career development. Compensation affects performance. Compensation affects career development. Career development affects performance. Compensation affects performance through career development as an intervening variable. Work discipline has no effect on performance through career development as an intervening variable.
