Abstract

Metode demonstrasi cocok untuk peserta didik Sekolah Dasar usia 7 hingga 11 tahun. Pada usia ini, peserta didik wajib menggunakan pengalaman langsung, konkret, untuk memahami dunia mereka. Seperti yang terjadi pada penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa "kemampuan anak pada usia ini (7-11 tahun) masih pada bentuk nyata, mereka belum bisa berpikir secara abstrak. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin menguji efektivitas metode demonstrasi di kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 104188 pada desa Medan Krio dengan memakai metode observasi untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman siswa dan metode kajian pustaka sebagai landasan teori.Dan hasil dari kegiatan penerapan strategi pembelajaran demonstrasi yang telah peneliti lakukan pada kelas V SDN 104188 dapat dikatakan efektif dalam memberikan pemahaman mengenai materi pelajaran yang disampaikan oleh pendidik.

Abstract

One of the most widely used teaching methods in the teaching and learning process is lecture, which is carried out by providing subject matter to students in an expressive or exclusive manner to achieve perfect learning objectives. In this day and age, the selection of learning strategies is more modern, learning strategies are combined with the use of technology so that they are more sophisticated and interesting. In this study, the author wants to analyze how effective the lecture method can be applied, whether it is still effective and efficient as it used to be or vice versa. Researchers use direct interview methods to get more accurate and relevant information about how effective the cerama method is as a learning strategy.
