Abstract

Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) has not been utilized optimally as a medium for learning, sharing, innovating and inspiring. There are still cases of teachers who have not completed training and real action on the independent teaching platform. This research aims to obtain the highest and lowest values for factors inhibiting the success of implementing the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) in Sleman Regency based on the HOT Fit Models. The research used the Human Organization Technology Fit Model approach. The research was conducted using a sample of 100 teachers consisting of 6 kindergarten teachers, 6 elementary school teachers, and 88 junior high school teachers who are under the auspices of the Sleman Regency Education Office. In this study, data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS software version 3.2.9. The results of the research explained that system quality (t count 0.598 < t table 2.23) did not have a significant impact on system use; system quality (t count 1.197 < t table 2.23) does not have a significant impact on user satisfaction; information quality (t count 1.146 < t table 2.23) does not have a significant impact on system use; information quality (t count 5.057 > t table 2.23) has a significant impact on user satisfaction; service quality (t count 0.683 < t table 2.23) does not have a significant impact on system use; service quality (t count 0.251 < t table 2.23) has no significant impact on user satisfaction; user satisfaction (t count 3.434 > t table 2.23) has a significant impact on system use; user satisfaction (t count 2.993 > t table 2.23) has a significant impact on net benefit; system use (t count 1.557 < t table 2.23) does not have a significant impact on net benefit; organizational structure (t count 13.422 > t table 2.23) has a significant impact on the organizational environment; organizational structure (t count 0.564 < t table 2.23) does not have a significant impact on net benefits; organizational environment (t count 2.291 > t table 2.23) has a significant impact on net benefits. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the highest value that influences the implementation of the independent teaching platform is organizational structure on the organizational environment, while the lowest value is service quality on user satisfaction, respectively, with a t-count of 13.422 and 0.251.

Abstract

Preserving digital cultural assets requires efficient compression to minimize storage and bandwidth costs. However, existing studies rarely evaluate K-Means Clustering on structurally complex objects such as the Prambanan Temple, leaving a research gap in assessing its performance against standard codecs. This study introduces a novel optimized K-Means pipeline with adaptive cluster selection and improved centroid initialization for compressing high-detail temple imagery. The method groups pixels based on color proximity, reducing redundancy while preserving key structural patterns. Experiments show that K-Means achieves PSNR 28.08–30.65 dB and SSIM 0.86–0.92, outperforming baseline JPEG at similar file sizes PSNR 26–28 dB, SSIM 0.80–0.87. This quantitative comparison demonstrates the model’s superior perceptual retention in textured stone regions. The methodological contribution lies in combining spatial–chromatic feature weighting with iterative centroid refinement, which increases cluster stability and reduces quantization artifacts. Findings confirm K-Means as a viable alternative for controlled-distortion compression. In conclusion, the proposed approach provides practical engineering implications, enabling reduced storage footprints, predictable reconstruction quality, and integration into hybrid compression pipelines for large-scale digital imaging systems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif software desain grafis untuk siswa kelas XI DKV di SMK Negeri 1 Godean. (2) Mengetahui tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran initeraktif software desain grafis untuk siswa kelas XI DKV di SMK Negeri 1 Godean. Jenis penelitian menggunakan Research and Development (R&D). Model pengembangan pada penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, (4) Evaluation. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI DKV di SMK Negeri 1 Godean. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dilakukan diketahui bahwa : (1) menghasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif software desain grafis berbasis Canva. (2) Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengujian oleh ahli materi adalah 75% dengan kategori layak, hasil penilaian oleh ahli media adalah 83,75% dengan kategori sangat layak, dan hasil yang diperoleh dari pengujian pengguna adalah 85,04% dengan kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan pada sebagian besar tanggapan siswa dan hasil penilaian dari angket maka media pembelajaran interaktif ini sudah layak digunakan dan dibutuhkan siswa dalam pembelajaran desain grafis materi software desain grafis di SMK Negeri 1 Godean.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan media pembelajaran interaktif yang dikembangkan dengan Adobe Animate pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila kelas X di SMK Negeri 2 Sewon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dengan prosedur pengembangan ADDIE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Spesifikasi produk yang berhasil dikembangkan adalah aplikasi berbasis Android, memuat bahasan satu bab dengan empat tujuan pembelajaran, menyediakan menu utama berupa tujuan, materi, dan kuis, serta penyajian materi secara interaktif; (2) Hasil pengujian kelayakan oleh ahli materi memperoleh persentase kelayakan 95% (Sangat Layak), oleh ahli media diperoleh persentase kelayakan 91% (Sangat Layak), dan oleh siswa dengan skor 86% yang diinterpretasikan Sangat Layak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kelayakan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini Sangat Layak digunakan sebagai variasi sekaligus penunjang kegiatan pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila kelas X di SMK Negeri 2 Sewon.
