Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengembangkan website sekolah MI Al Islam Pare dengan mengimplementasikan Next.js dan Headless CMS. (2) Menguji kualitas website sekolah MI Al Islam Pare yang sudah mengimplementasikan Next.js dan Headless CMS sesuai dengan standar ISO/EIC 25010 yang ditinjau dari aspek functional suitability, usability, reliability, dan performance efficiency. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah research and development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall yang tahapannya terdiri dari tahap komunikasi, perencanaan, pemodelan, konstruksi, dan penyerahan kepada pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) website sekolah MI Al Islam Pare berhasil dikembangkan dengan implementasi Next.js dan Headless CMS 2) kualitas website telah memenuhi standar ISO/EIC pada aspek (1) functional suitability fungsi pada website berjalan 98,7% atau sangat layak, (3) usability memperoleh skor 75,3% atau layak, reliability memperoleh skor 100% atau sukses, dan performance efficiency memperoleh skor 94,2 (baik) untuk mode Mobile dan 99,86 untuk mode Desktop (baik).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang ulang antarmuka dan pengalaman pengguna Aplikasi SIAKAD UNY melalui metode Design Thinking. Hasilnya adalah prototype UI/UX menggunakan Figma yang diuji melalui System Usability Scale (SUS) dan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kejelasan, efisiensi, daya tarik, stimulasi, kebaruan, dan ketepatan. Metode ini efektif dalam menghasilkan desain antarmuka dan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik, dengan potensi meningkatkan minat dan kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi SIAKAD UNY.

Abstract

One of the requirements that a website must meet is good usability or ease to use. Paperlust is a website platform that facilitates designers selling their work to customers who want to print invitations. The percentage of people who visited and made purchases through the Paperlust website during 2018-2020 was 0.26%, which is still below the e-commerce industry average of 2.27%. Although many factors influence this number, usability strongly influences people's decisions to shop on a website. This study aims to analyze the usability of the Paperlust website and propose solutions to the problems found. Usability analysis in this study uses the heuristic evaluation method regarding Nielsen and Tognazzini's usability principles. Five evaluators carried out the evaluation and data collection through observation by evaluators, questionnaires, and interviews. Data analyzes quantitatively by calculating the average severity rating, frequency and percentage of problems found. This study found 86 usability problems with an average severity rating of 2.21, or the majority classified as minor problems. The proposed recommendations are improving consistency, icon conformity, information redundancy, reducing delay, providing feedback, learnability, default conditions, flexibility, information priority, and text readability.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi Posyandu berbasis web untuk menyelesaikan studi kasus di Posyandu Handayani Dusun Gunung Kelir dalam pembuatan laporan. Dalam penelitian ini mencangkup proses pengembangan sistem informasi dan pengujian kualitas sistem menggunakan alpha dan beta testing serta mengikuti standar ISO 25010 pada aspek fungsional suitability, usability, reliability, maintainability, performance efficiency. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan waterfall. Subjek dari penelitian ini kader Posyandu Handayani. Instrument functional suitability, usability dan maintainability menggunakan angket dengan pengisian ceklist sedangkan pada aspek reliability menggunakan tools WAPT 10.1 dan aspek performance efficiency menggunakan tools GTMetrix. Setelah melalui tahap pengujian dari sistem informasi Posyandu yang dibuat dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Sistem informasi Posyandu berbasis web telah melalui model pengembangan Waterfall sesuai dengan urutan dan kualitas sistem informasi Posyandu dapat memenuhi standar ISO 25010 pada aspek fungsional suitability, usability, reliability, maintainability, performance efficiency.

Abstract

Chatbot El-hiks dikembangkan untuk tujuan membantu layanan administrasi di Asrama Al-hikmah sebagai bagian dari penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian yang dikenal sebagai Penelitian dan Pengembangan dikombinasikan dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Lima tahapan atau langkah yang membentuk model pengembangan ini adalah tahap Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, dan Implementasi dan Evaluasi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini antara lain santri aktif Asrama Al-Hikmah dan Alumni Asrama Al-Hikmah. Sebagai hasil dari penyelidikan ini, ditetapkan bahwa Chatbot El-hiks memiliki kemampuan yang diperlukan dan secara teknis layak untuk mendukung layanan administrasi yang disediakan oleh Asrama Al-Hikmah. Ini diproduksi berdasarkan persyaratan pengujian standar ISO 25010, dan memenuhi persyaratan standar dalam hal kesesuaian fungsi dan kegunaan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) Merancang desain UI/UX berbasis aplikasi mobile untuk jual beli barang bekas Wilayah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan menggunakan metode Design Thinking. (2) Menguji hasil desain UI/UX pada bentuk prototipe yang telah dibuat dengan metode design thinking untuk ditinjau berdasarkan aspek Functionality, Effectiveness, Efficiency dan Usability. Hasil dari penelitian adalah : 1) Desain UI/UX aplikasi mobile jual beli barang bekas berhasil dibuat hingga pada tahapan prototipe dengan menggunakan metode design thinking. 2) Hasil pengujian kualitas prototipe berdasarkan aspek (1) functionality mendapatkan nilai 96,67% atau sangat baik, (2) effectiveness memperoleh 96,67% atau sangat baik, (3) efficiency memperoleh skor 96,69% (sangat baik) dan, (4) usability memperoleh skor 85,833% atau excellent

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya keterbatasan sumber belajar untuk menjaga keberlangsungan TV komunitas terkhusus pada TV Kampus yang ada pada Fakultas Teknik UNY. Penelitian bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengembangkan multimedia interaktif teknik dasar videografi berbasis HTML5 (2) Menguji kelayakan multimedia interaktif oleh ahli materi, ahli media dan responden anggota TV Kampus sebagai pengguna multimedia interaktif. Metode penelitian menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap antara lain, Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert 1 sampai 5 serta analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah website multimedia interaktif dasar videografi yang dapat diakses melalui browser. Hasil uji kelayakan materi memperoleh persentase sebesar 92% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”, ahli media sebesar 83,5 % dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”, dan uji coba pengguna memperoleh persentase sebesar 85,26 % dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”.Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa multimedia interaktif yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif sumber belajar pada TV Kampus FT UNY.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Learning Management System as a Learning Media for Management Information Systems for employees in the Information Technology Division at PT Globalindo Intimates and to test the feasibility of the Learning Management System application as a Learning Media for Management Information Systems for employees in the Information Technology Division. The method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) method. This method is supported by the 4D development model adapted from Thiagarajan. The 4D model consists of define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. Data collection is conducted using questionnaires in the form of assessments from subject matter experts, media experts, and ISO 19796-1 testing by users, namely employees in the Information Technology Division at PT Globalindo Intimates The results of the research state that the Learning Management System as a Learning Media for Management Information Systems for employees in the Information Technology Division at PT Globalindo Intimates has been developed and acceptable as learning media also received an "Acceptable" rating from subject matter experts with a percentage of 72%, an "Highly Acceptable" rating from media experts with a percentage of 97%, and has been tested based on ISO 19796-1 testing in the aspects of Conception/Design and Learning Process by users, achieving a score of 86.9% with the category "Highly Acceptable".

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Developing a web-based student internship information system that solves data management, information delivery, and internship service at SMK N 1 Pengasih; (2) Executing comprehensive quality assessments on the developed system, aligning with ISO 25010 standards, focusing on the characteristics of usability, functional suitability, performance efficiency, reliability, and maintainability. Employing a Research and Development (R&D) approach within the Waterfall Model's five stages (communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment), this research was conducted at SMK N 1 Pengasih. The results of this research indicate that: (1) The web-based student internship information system is developed and aptly serves data management, information delivery, and internship service at SMK N 1 Pengasih; (2) The web-based student internship information system meets ISO 25010 software quality standards as follow: Usability characteristic is categorized as “Very Suitable” with a percentage of 85.92%, functional suitability characteristic is categorized as “Very Suitable” with a percentage of 100%, reliability characteristic meets the standard with a percentage of 99.73%, performance efficiency characteristic is categorized as “Good” with performance score of 97.32%, structure score of 94.36%, and a load time of 1.27 seconds, and maintainability characteristic is categorized as “Highly Maintainable” with a MI value of 90.50.

Abstract

In today's digital era, information technology and mobile applications have become an integral part of everyday life, including in the field of education. However, the use of this technology often faces various problems, such as integration with other systems, as well as inadequate User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX), causing discomfort and confusion for users, especially students. Therefore, this study aims to (1) create UI and UX prototypes that can improve students' experience in accessing academic information through a one-stop-service model, and (2) evaluate the feasibility of these prototypes. This research uses the Research and Development method with a User-Centered Design approach according to ISO 9421-210 standards, including analysis of usage context, user needs analysis, design solution development, and evaluation of design solutions based on effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The results of this study include the interface design and User Experience of the UNYOne application as an academic and student service one-stop-service at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Evaluation of UNYOne showed an effectiveness rate of 98%, an efficiency rate of 93.1%, and a user satisfaction rate of 91.1%, with a usability rate of 94.06%, indicating that UNYOne has excellent quality in meeting user needs and satisfaction
