Abstract

The development of indexed arisan in the lives of Muslims in Karangdoro-Tegaljati-Banyuwangi indicates a new perception of justice within the arisan tradition. This research aims to understand this new perception. It is a qualitative study employing sociological and ethical approaches. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. The analysis utilized rational choice theory and the general perspective of contextual ethics as the theoretical framework. One of the findings is that the Muslim participants' perception of justice in indexed arisan is rational and contextual in nature. A key principle of their perception is that the value of justice in indexed arisan relates not only to the nominal amount of money but also, and more importantly, to its substantive value. Perkembangan arisan indeks dalam kehidupan muslim di Karangdoro-Tegaljati-Banyuwangi menunjukkan adanya persepsi baru tentang keadilan dalam konteks tradisi arisan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami persepsi baru tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiologis dan etik. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan teori pilihan rasional dan perspektif umum etika kontekstual sebagai kerangka teoritis. Salah satu hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa persepsi keadilan peserta muslim dalam arisan indeks bersifat rasional dan kontekstual. Prinsip utama persepsi mereka adalah bahwa nilai keadilan dalam arisan indeks tidak hanya terkait dengan nominal uang, tetapi juga, dan yang lebih penting, nilai substantif uang.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an inquiry-based e-module to improve the ability of HOTS on electrical materials to change the face of the world in grade VI elementary school. The development method used is the Lee and Owen method, which includes the stages of assessment / analysis (Needs assessment and Front-end analysis), Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Qualitative and quantitative approaches are used in analyzing data, using validation instruments, teacher response questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and HOTS ability tests as data collection tools. The results of data analysis showed that inquiry-based e-modules on electrical materials changing the face of the world had a feasibility rate of 86%, with the category "very practical". Student assessments also confirm the validity, effectiveness, and practicality of the e-module. The implication of the results of this study is a significant contribution in improving the HOTS of grade VI students at the UPT satuan Pendidikan SDN Klampok Kota Blitar. However, for the development of subsequent e-modules, it is recommended to continue to involve input from experts and teachers, and consider adjustments that may be needed based on student responses, in order to ensure the sustainability and successful use of these e-modules in improving HOTS.
