Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau etika komunikasi generasi z di era seciaety 5.0 di Dusun Kalauli, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metodologi penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa etika komunikasi generasi Z di era 5. 0 di Dusun Kalauli tidak terjadi sebagaimana mestinya, terjadi pergeseran nilai-nilai etika komunikasi salah satunya kurangnya empati dalam berkomunikasi secara langsung dan salah satu faktor pergeseran nilai etika komunikasi yaitu ponsel pintar/gadget yang menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari era masyarakat 5.0.This study aims to review the communication ethics of generation z in the era of society 5.0 in Dusun Kalauli, this study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research methodology with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study found that the communication ethics of generation Z in the era of 5.0 in Dusun Kalauli did not occur as it should, there was a shift in the values of communication ethics, one of which was the lack of empathy in communicating directly and one of the factors in the shift in communication ethics values was smartphones/gadgets which became an inseparable part of the era of society 5.0.
