Abstract

Human resources are a very important factor in an organization, because the quality of the organization itself is very dependent on the quality of human resources as employees and service providers in an organization. Good human resource management with the right strategy will provide progress for the company, especially in dealing with situations and conditions that are always changing and developing. This study aims to determine whether work motivation, work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Manaya Indonesia Tour and Travel. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Manaya Indonesia Tour Travel. The sampling technique is saturated sampling, by taking the entire sample as much as 60 respondents. By using the associative method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that motivation, discipline and work environment simultaneousy have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Motivation partially has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while discipline and work environment have no significant effect. Preferably the leadership of PT. Manaya Indonesia Tour and Travel increases the work discipline of employees so that it will improve performance.

Abstract

Compensation is one of the driving factors (motives) in the process of occurrence of an activity in a job. Compensation in a job can also or can be used as a benchmark or determinant of whether or not the company's ability to appreciate the workers in their work is good and apart from that the effect of giving good compensation will make employees active and active in their work. Apart from that, the size of the amount of compensation given, including a sense of fairness in the awarding process, compensation can cause other things such as job satisfaction of employees. The purpose of this description is to see the relationship between compensation, HR development and employee job satisfaction. The discussion uses data from PT. Sinar Murni Indoprinting using a sample of 100 people. From the results of calculations using the SPSS version 25 application, it was found that there was a good relationship, namely at 52,7 percent. This shows that there is a strong relationship between compensation variables and job satisfaction variables.
