Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti tentang “Pengaruh Motivasi Belajar, Metode Pembelajaran Dan Sarana Pendidikan Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa Di STIENU Gresik”.Penelitian menetapkan seluruh mahasiswa STIENU Trate Gresik sebagai populasi penelitian. Penyebaran kuesioner direncanakan dan dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2015. Sebagai sampel maka sebanyak seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, terkumpul sebanyak 66 kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kausal dengan teknik regresi linier berganda dimana perhitungan dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS for Windows.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product, promotion, and againstDecision to purchase Indomie Goreng Instant noodle at Pasar Baru Gresik. This ResearchIs a quantitative study using survey methods. Test value ReliabiltasEach having influence X1 (0.694), X2 (0,573) and Y (0.813) onCronbach Alpa. Research subjects used are buyers in the new Market cityGresik which amounts to 66 people. Data analysis technique using F test at level5% significance. The results showed the significance test of the coefficientDone by consulting the price of F arithmetic (9,784)> F table (3.14) on 5% significance level and in Determination test R of 0.237 or 23.7% which means Shows the strong relationship between the variables of the variations of the influence of the product andPromotion of purchase decision variables, so it can be said hubungganVariable X to Y is strong. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477681

Abstract

The study has three main objectives: firstly, analyzing the influenceof organizational culture on job satisfaction, secondly analyzing theinfluence of the union on job satisfaction, and thirdly analyzing theinfluence of organizational culture and union on employee job satisfaction.Sampling method using Non Probability Sampling technique. The test usedis multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there ispartially and simultaneous influence on organizational culture variableand union on employee job satisfaction, seen significant value below 0,05and Fcount (33,887) > Ftable (3,10). The result of this research showsthat tcount value on organizational culture variable (3,373) > t table(1,986), it is stated that organizational culture variable has significantinfluence on employee job satisfaction, while t count with t table on unionvariable 4,889 > t table 1.986) then declared union variable there is asignificant influence on employee job satisfaction. In determination testthere is influence of 42% from independent variable (organizationalculture and union) to dependent variable (job satisfaction of permanentemployee). Meanwhile, 58% is influenced by other variables and notincluded in this regression analysis, such as compensation, motivation,performance and others. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3475678
