Abstract

This research analyzes the relationship between teacher creativity in the subjects of science and natural sciences with the learning interests of fiffth grade students of SD Negeri 207 Apala, Barebbo District, Bone Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was a significant relationship between theacher creativity in the subject of science and natural sciences with the learning interests of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 207 Apala. The approach used in this study was a quantitative approach with a correlational research type. The data sources in this study were all fifth grade students of SD Negeri 207 Apala, totaling 21 students. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, the results of teacher creativity research obtained an average of 74.05 in the medium category, while student interest in learning obtained an average of 78.19 in the medium category. The results of the inferential statistical analysis of the Spearman correlation were 0.752 with a strong category because it was in the range 0.60-0.799. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis, it shows that the significant value is 0.000, which means <0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted with a correlation coefficient of 0.752, which means it has a positive relationship in the strong category, so it can be concluded that the research results show a significant relationship between teacher creativity in science and science subjects and students' interest in learning in class V of SD Negeri 207 Apala, Barebbo District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

Permasalahan kesehatan jiwa menjadi salah satu permasalahan kesehatan yang signifikan di dunia termasuk di Indonesia. Intervensi bersifat promotif di masyarakat berperan penting untuk meningkatkan kesehatan jiwa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran tentang peningkatan kesehatan jiwa pada masyarakat Desa “D” Kabupaten Klaten. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan action research berbasis psikologi komunitas. Partisipan terdiri dari tokoh masyarakat, pengurus PKK, kader jiwa, kader posyandu, pengurus karang taruna, dan anggota masyarakat umum. Intervensi ini dilakukan pada tingkat primary intervention yang artinya tindakan intervensi dilakukan pada masyarakat luas pada umumnya yaitu pada level promotif. Hasil analisis statistik non-parametrik menggunakan Wilcoxon signed-rank tests menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor pemahaman yang signifikan antara pre-test dan post-test (nilai Z = -3.970; p = 0,000 (p<0,05); pre-test = 4,00; dan post-test = 7,25). Partisipan juga menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran terhadap pentingnya menjaga kesehatan jiwa, mengenali gejala awal gangguan, dan memahami peran keluarga serta masyarakat dalam upaya promotif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, terdapat pengaruh upaya promotif kesehatan jiwa untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran partisipan mengenai peran keluarga dan masyarakat dalam menjaga kesehatan jiwa.

Abstract

Setiap perpustakaan selalu banyak pengunjung nya, ada berbagai macam jenis buku di perpustakaan , perpustakaan juga banyak tersebar luas seperti di sekolah, kampus, perpustakaan daerah bahkan sampai ada perpustakaan internasional. Jika buku di perpustakaan sangat lengkap dan bagus maka sangat banyak pengunjung dan pembacanya, setiap yang berkunjung dan yang membaca harus di data, data mengenai pengunjung , pembaca , peminjam, dan mengembalikan buku sangat banyak oleh karna itu di butuhkan teknologi dalam mengelola data tersebut seperti business intelligence meliputi proses pengumpulan data dan informasi, nantinya data dan informasi tersebut akan di olah sehingga memudahkan dalam mengambil keputusan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi power BI, dapat memudah kan kita untuk mendata pengunjung.

Abstract

Business Intelligence (BI) is a system or application that plays a role in managing data in a company or organization with the aim of producing relevant information. The world of education is currently in a period of transition where there are many changes and adjustments in all aspects of the education sector, the number of new student registrants RA SHIRATHAL HAQ has experienced significant ups and downs over the last five periods, Due to the increasing competitiveness between schools, schools also provide advantages that other schools rarely have, so that parents are more interested in sending their children to RA SHIRATHAL HAQ, Therefore, the school implements a system of cultivating the islamic spirit of children, a difficult rule in improving the quality of children’s education in indonesia, especially in the Tembilahan area. Apart from this, especially for each kindergarten school, each kindergarten improves the quality of education in each school, one of which is this school implementing system of cultivating the islamic spirit of children in order to attract the interest of parents to register their children in this RA SHIRATHAL HAQ. This research will use POWER BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE which includes stages in resolving this case, and from this data research it can be hoped that it will make it easier for schools to collect data every year, so they can find out if there is an increase of decrease. This research is expected to produce predictions or temporary analysis to increase the number of registrants to make it easier for schools to analyze developments from year to year to find out accurate information, so that schools can further increase their target of increasing promotion when accepting new students.

Abstract

The rise of financial statement fraud is currently the basis for research conducted. Companies often use financial statement fraud schemes. These show how important it is to check on a business' health often and take corrective measures if necessary. Falsifying financial accounts is a common practice among businesses to give the impression that everything is fine when it is not. The purpose of this study is to estimate and analyze how financial stability and financial distress impact financial statement fraud.  The investigation will encompass all manufacturing businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2020 and 2022. Based on the results of the purposive sampling method, We used  a sample size of 35 companies  for the study, which equates to about 105 sample data will be observed for three years, from 2020 to 2022. After that, multiple linear regression is used to analyze the data. This study contributes to the increasing body of data indicating the incidence of fraudulent accounting is not the same in times of economic boom and bust. This research shows that financial stability has not a deleterious effect on the likelihood of financial statement fraud and financial distress significantly and positively affects financial statement fraud.. The implication to the research, it is crucial for businesses to adopt preventive measures and to ascertain early on whether they are healthy or not in order to avoid making false financial statements.

Abstract

On The Job Training is a University Tridharma (teaching, research and practice) activity which aims to improve teaching and increase the vision and scope of certain activities in the field, as well as improving the welfare of society and students. OJT must be carried out by Curug Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic Cadets to increase the learning outcomes obtained from their training so far and increase opportunities to explore various learning outcomes. work This is reflected in the work environment and context, as well as the ability to produce the skills and knowledge expected of professionals, especially aeronautical engineers. The tool that can overcome this problem is the Instrument Landing System (ILS). Indonesia has an aircraft navigation system called the Instrument Landing System. ILS is also an aircraft navigation system that uses radio waves as an (invisible) instrument that pilots use to guide their aircraft when approaching and landing at an airport. ILS consists of three sub systems, namely Localizer, Glide Slope, and Marker Beacon. The localizer is one of the devices contained in the Instrument Landing System whose function is to provide information regarding the plane's alignment with the runway. Position is one of the instruments in the instrument position system that provides information about the position of the aircraft on the runway. To support this communication performance, namely by ensuring that the localizer equipment runs smoothly and requires a Remote Control Monitoring System (RCMS) for Monitoring.
