Abstract

Learning on teacher centered learning chemistry, causing the interest and creativity of the students do not develop. This condition contributes to the low of students learning outcomes. Students learning outcomes will be better is students experience for themselves what really happened. Therefore we need a method of teaching which is one oriented to students. This study uses a model of cooperative learning TSTS which is one method of teaching. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the application of the cooperative learning model TSTS on the subject of the periodic table of the learning outcomes of students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Dampelas. The study population was all students in the class X SMA Negeri 1 Dampelas academic year 2012/2013 consisting of six classes. The study sample consisted of two classes, namely class XA 32 students as the experimental class and the class XF 32 students as the class control are determined by purposive sampling. Results of analysis of data obtained for the mean score on the experiment class X1 = 76.50 with a standard deviation = 12.18 and the control class X2 = 57.81 with a standard deviation = 16.26. Based on the hypothesis testing results obtained tcounting = 5.21 and ttable = 2.00 at α = 0.05. In this case H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected, because tcounting is in the rejection of Ho. It can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model TSTS on the subject of periodic system of elements had a positive effect on learning outcomes of students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Dampelas.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan sejarah singkat, tata cara penentuan tinasuka serta persepsi masyarakat terhadap perubahan tinasuka dalam adat perkawinan di Desa Noko Kecamatan Wawonii Timur Laut Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan. Metode penelitian ini terdiri atas: 1) teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari pengamatan, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. 2) teknik analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. 3) validitas data terdiri dari perpanjangan pengamatan dan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Sejarah penerapan Tinasuka dalam adat perkawinan masyarakat di Desa Noko Kecamatan Wawonii Timur Laut Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan berawal dari kesepakatan masa lampau pada masa pemerintahan Raja Mbeoga (Raja ke-17 di Pulau Wawonii) untuk melindungi hak dan martabat perempuan dari calon mempelai pria. (2) Tata cara penentuan Tinasuka dalam adat perkawinan masyarakat di Desa Noko Kecamatan Wawonii Timur Laut Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan melalui dua tahap yakni musyawarah dan pengambilan kesepakatan (mufakat). Penetapan jumlah besaran Tinasuka (mahar) berdasarkan stratifikasi sosial (Mokole, Mardika, dan Ata). (3) Persepsi masyarakat terhadap perubahan Tinasuka dalam adat perkawinan di Desa Noko Kecamatan Wawonii Timur Laut Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan berdasarkan temuan penelitian, yakni Tinasuka merupakan salah satu syarat dan faktor penentu yang penting dalam pernikahan, tanggapan masyarakat bentuk Tinasuka kelapa lebih baik daripada doi (uang) walaupun lebih praktis daripada pohon kelapa, namun lebih menguntungkan pohon kelapa karena pohon kelapa produktif dapat membuahkan hasil sepanjang pohon kelapa tersebut masih hidup. Perubahan besaran nilai Tinasuka masyarakat menganggap bahwa perubahan tersebut merupakan hal positif serta merupakan salah satu bentuk dari kemajuan adat di Pulau Wawonii.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pemecahan masalah HOTS merupakan salah satu kompetensi pembelajaran matematika yang perlu dimiliki siswa.. Namun, pada umumnya siswa merasa sulit memecahkan masalah matematika HOTS, sehingga siswa perlu bekerja lebih keras dan memerlukan daya juang untuk menyelesaikan masalah matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah matematika berbasis HOTS ditinjau dari kecerdasan Adversity Quotient (AQ) siswa SD Kelas V SD Negeri 10 Manurunge Watampone. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitiatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan subyek penelitian dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Instrumen utama dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri. Sementara instrumen pendukungnya berupa angket AQ, pedoman wawancara, dan lembar tugas pemecahan masalah topik pecahan. Indikator kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merujuk pada Polya dengan kategori rendah, sedang dan tinggi, sedangkan instrumen kecerdasan AQ berdasarkan indikator yang dikembangkan oleh Stoltz dengan kategori quitters, campers dan climbers. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada siswa dengan kategori quitter, sebanyak 23% siswa kategori campers dan sebanyak 77% siswa kategori climbers. Siswa  dengan kategori campers terdiri atas 6 kemampuan rendah, 3 kemampuan sedang, dan 3 kemampuan tinggi. Sedangkansiswa dengan kategori climbers terdiri atas 8 kemampuan rendah, 12 kemampuan sedang, dan 20 kemampuan tinggi. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan kategori campers menunjukkan kemampuan siswa untuk menyelesaikan masalah HOTS menurut tahap Polya, belum secara sempurna menyelesaikan tahap pemeriksaaan kembali. Sedangkan siswa dengan kategori climbers menunjukkan kemampuan sebagian siswa untuk menyelesaikan masalah HOTS menurut tahap Polya, telah menunjukkan rasa percaya diri yang tinggi. Secara keseluruhan data menunjukkan bahwa kategori kecerdasan  AQ tidak memberikan efek terhadap kemampuan penyelesaian masalah matematika HOTS siswa.  Kata Kunci: Analisis, Masalah Matematika, HOTS, AQ

Abstract

The aimed of this study were: 1) to determine the significant difference between the effect of project-based learning and direct learning model on students’ result of learning in cognitive domain, and 2) to find out the significant difference between the effect of project-based learning and direct learning model on students’ creative thinking ability before and after learning. Population of the study included all students of class VII at SMP Negeri 02 Rumbia.  who enrolled in second semester of 2020/2021 academic year. Samples of the study were class VII.2 consisting of 25 students, as a control class, and class VII.5 consisting of 23 students as an eVIIperimental group. The result showed that: 1) there was a significant difference between the project-based learning model and the direct learning model in their effect on students’ results of learning in cognitive domain; and 2) there was a significant difference between the project-based learning model and the direct learning model in their effect on students’ creative thinking ability before and after learning. Thereby, project based learning had significant effect on students’ result of learning in cognitive domain and creative thinking ability before and after learning of temperature and calorie.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yaitu model pembelajaran problem posing dan keaktifan belajar IPS. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas IV dengan pengambilan sampel keseluruhan populasi yaitu seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN 179 Samaenre yang berjumlah sebanyak 18 Siswa. Pengumpulan yaitu berupa angket (kuesioner) dan tes. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif yang meliputi teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran problem posing siswa kelas IV SDN 174 Samaenre Kecamatan Tellu Limpoe Kabupaten Bone berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan keaktifan belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 174 Samaenre Kecamatan Tellu Limpoe Kabupaten Bone berada dalam kategori sedang. Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar IPS siswa kelas V SDN 21 Mattabulu Kecamatan Lalabata Kabupaten Soppeng. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 16 siswa dan guru kelas V. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data dengan cara reduksi reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata skor angket siswa pada siklus I yaitu 2,55 dengan persentase ketuntasan 63,75% atau dalam kategori rendah, yang kemudian meningkat sebesar 22,75% pada siklus II menjadi 3,46 dengan persentase 86,50% atau dalam kategori tinggi. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS.

Abstract

Parents play a crucial role in their children's lives, providing support in both joyful moments and challenging situations, such as the post-disaster conditions currently experienced by families in Lere Huntara. In such circumstances, effective parenting strategies are essential to help child survivors build resilience, enabling them to adapt and accept their current situation without being overwhelmed by it. However, findings from this study indicate that parents in Lere Huntara lack specific parenting strategies to foster resilience in their children. This is largely due to environmental limitations, including inadequate living conditions and the lack of proper play facilities for children. As a result, many parents in the refugee camp become more neglectful in their approach to raising their children, unintentionally hindering their emotional and psychological development. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as verbatim transcription, tabulation, and documentation. The study specifically focuses on parenting strategies for child survivors aged 7-12 years in Huntara Lere. The research subjects consist of parents residing in Lere Village, West Palu District, Palu City, where the disaster impact was particularly severe. The implications of this research highlight the urgent need for parents to adopt appropriate parenting strategies tailored to the needs of child survivors. By providing proper guidance and emotional support, parents can help their children develop resilience, ensuring they are better equipped to cope with the challenges posed by the disaster.

Abstract

This research analyzes the relationship between teacher creativity in the subjects of science and natural sciences with the learning interests of fiffth grade students of SD Negeri 207 Apala, Barebbo District, Bone Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was a significant relationship between theacher creativity in the subject of science and natural sciences with the learning interests of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 207 Apala. The approach used in this study was a quantitative approach with a correlational research type. The data sources in this study were all fifth grade students of SD Negeri 207 Apala, totaling 21 students. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, the results of teacher creativity research obtained an average of 74.05 in the medium category, while student interest in learning obtained an average of 78.19 in the medium category. The results of the inferential statistical analysis of the Spearman correlation were 0.752 with a strong category because it was in the range 0.60-0.799. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis, it shows that the significant value is 0.000, which means <0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted with a correlation coefficient of 0.752, which means it has a positive relationship in the strong category, so it can be concluded that the research results show a significant relationship between teacher creativity in science and science subjects and students' interest in learning in class V of SD Negeri 207 Apala, Barebbo District, Bone Regency.
