Abstract

Komunikasi dalam organisasi berperan vital dalam membentuk aliran informasi yang efisien di lingkungan kerja, baik melalui jalur komunikasi formal maupun informal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi komunikasi yang efektif dan mengatasi hambatan komunikasi dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan manajer dan karyawan dari berbagai organisasi, serta studi dokumentasi terkait komunikasi organisasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis induktif untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola utama dalam komunikasi organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan utama dalam komunikasi organisasi meliputi kurangnya kejelasan dalam instruksi, kelebihan informasi yang menyebabkan overload, serta perbedaan budaya yang dapat menghambat pemahaman antarindividu. Untuk mengatasi hambatan ini, organisasi perlu menerapkan strategi komunikasi terbuka, memanfaatkan teknologi komunikasi yang tepat, serta membangun lingkungan kerja yang mendorong transparansi dan keterlibatan aktif anggota organisasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa komunikasi yang efektif tidak hanya meningkatkan produktivitas tetapi juga membangun kepercayaan dan memperkuat kerja sama dalam organisasi. Implikasi penelitian ini mencakup pentingnya pelatihan komunikasi bagi karyawan, penguatan budaya organisasi yang inklusif, serta optimalisasi penggunaan teknologi komunikasi untuk mendukung efektivitas kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial performance on the stock prices of state-owned banks in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis method used in this study includes classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. According to the partial test findings or T test, ROE, PBV and EPS have an impact on stock prices, whereas PER, NPL, CAR, and Dividend Yield have no such impact. The factors ROE, PBV, PER, EPS, NPL, CAR and Dividend Yield affect stock prices simultaneously or in the F test. Furthermore, the researcher conveys several suggestions, namely, for investors or prospective investors, that when making a decision to invest, you should consider the financial performance contained in the company's financial reports to estimate share price movements. Furthermore, the company must always be able to improve its financial performance so that it can increase profits for the company and attract investors to invest in shares. For future researchers, they can expand the research by extending the research period by adding more years of observation and increasing the research sample

Abstract

The research is purpose to find out implementation spatial planning policies on Bekasi city for stainable environmental management? Analytical methods used are: 1) Geo-physics analysis of land suitability analysis, 2) physical analysis; 3) Analysis of environmental management, 4) Analysis of socio-economic conditions, and 5) Analysis of Geographic Information System (GIS). The results obtained that spatial planning and environmental carrying capacity can be concluded that to meet the needs of diverse development needs to develop a spatial pattern of land use, coordinate, procedures for water and other resources in a unified a dynamic environment. To meet the needs of diverse development needs to develop a spatial pattern coordinate system guana land, procedures for water and other resources in a unified order dynamic environment. For that layout needs to be managed by an integrated pattern through a regional approach with respect to site natural environment, socio-cultural environment, and the artificial environment in accordance with its development. Good city spatial structure with more increased public participation in city layout is expected to be better. There is a direct influence on the city hall community participation in maintaining a healthy environment, so if you want to increase public participation in maintaining a healthy environment can be done by increasing the city spatial planning.
