This study aims This study aims to analyze the impact of Job Promotion, Work Stress, Reward, and Punishment on the performance of employees in the SMT Department at PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk. The data used in this research consists of primary data collected from the distribution of questionnaires to 112 employees specifically in the SMT Department at PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk. The sampling technique used was the Questionnaire technique. The data processing method involved quantitative data analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Job Promotion, Work Stress, Reward, and Punishment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. This is evidenced by comparing the calculated F value and the F table value, F calculated = 40.353 > F table = 2.46. For Job Promotion, the t calculated value (3.335) > t table (1.658). For Work Stress, the t calculated value (2.147) > t table (1.658). For Punishment, the t calculated value (1.764) > t table (1.658). For Reward, the t calculated value (5.484) > t table (1.658), indicating a partial effect on employee performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Promosi Jabatan, Stres Kerja, Reward dan Punihment terhadap kinerja karyawan Departemen SMT di PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk Data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer yang dikumpulkan dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada 112 orang karyawan khususnya Departemen SMT di PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Angket. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan kuantitas data, uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa Promosi jabatan, Stres Kerja, Reward dan Punishment secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan Kinerja Karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan melihat perbandingan nilai F hitung dan F tabel, F hitung = 40.353 > F tabel = 2.46. dari Promosi jabatan nilai t hitung (3.335) > t tabel (1,658). Stres kerja nilai t hitung (2.147) > t tabel (1,658), Punishment nilai t hitung (1.764) > t tabel (1,658), Reward nilai t hitung (5.484) > t tabel (1,658) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan.
