Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh penilaian prestasi kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan, ada atau tidaknya pengaruh promosi jabatan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan dan ada atau tidaknya pengaruh penilaian prestasi kerja dan promosi jabatan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan di Poltekkes Kemenkes RI-padang, kemudian untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat pengaruh antara ke dua variabel bebas tersebut terhadap variabel terikat maka peneliti mengumpulkan data primer yang berupa kuesioner yang disebar di dalam perusahaan atau organisasi kepada karyawan, kemudian data sekunder yang peneliti ambil dari studi kepustakaan yaitu melalui buku literature, buku catatan, dan jurnal. Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif, di mana hasil yang diperoleh adalah hasil angka atau bilangan, kemudian metode statistik yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedasitas, metode deskriptif, uji analisis regresi berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji T dan uji F. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti, ditemukan pengaruh penilaian prestasi kerja dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan di poltekkes kemenkes RI-Padang.

Abstract

Kesulitan belajar matematika merupakan tantangan yang umum dihadapi oleh siswa di berbagai tingkatan pendidikan, termasuk di tingkat sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi yang efektif dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar matematika pada siswa Primary Class 6 di Phatnawitya School, Yala, Thailand. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mendapatkan wawasan mendalam tentang masalah ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi kelas, wawancara dengan guru matematika, dan kuesioner kepada siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis konten untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tema yang muncul dalam strategi yang digunakan oleh guru dan efektivitasnya dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar matematika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa strategi efektif meliputi pendekatan diferensiasi, penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, penggunaan materi ajar yang beragam dan relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari siswa, serta pemberian umpan balik yang konstruktif. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara guru, siswa, dan orang tua juga terbukti menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan minat siswa terhadap matematika. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pengembangan program pembelajaran yang berfokus pada kebutuhan individual siswa, integrasi teknologi dalam pengajaran matematika, dan penguatan kerjasama antara sekolah, guru, siswa, dan orang tua dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi upaya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar, khususnya di Phatnawitya School, Yala, Thailand.

Abstract

Nongsa Beach is one of the tourist beaches that is integrated with residential communities. Many residents make beach tourism their livelihood. This service activity aims to convey management and accounting concepts to the Nongsa Beach community. The service method is the lecture method. Apart from delivering material, service activities were also followed by beach cleaning and distribution of basic food packages. The aim of this activity is to empower the community and for education for students. The service activity concluded that society needs management and accounting theory but it would be even better if it was packaged with ready-to-use technology.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe how Cake application improves the English speaking performance of the tenth grade students at SMK Negeri 01 Mempawah Hilir. Based on the researcher’s observation, the students encountered several problems in speaking English. Most students faced problems in pronouncing words due to lack of pronunciation mastery. The students also faced difficulty to speak English fluently due to lack of confidence and afraid of making mistakes. Therefore, the researcher used Cake application to improve students’ English speaking performance. This Classroom Action Research was conducted in two cycles on the tenth grade students of Marketing Class which consisted of 31 students. The research data were collected through observation and measurement techniques by using field notes, observation checklists, and tests. In cycle I, the mean score of students’ speaking test was 75.16. Meanwhile, the percentage of classical completeness was 67% of 31 students, which did not meet the expected percentage of this research (90%). In cycle 2, the mean score of students’ speaking test increased to 83.19. The percentage of classical completeness increased to 93%, which met the expected percentage of this research (90%). The research findings show that Cake application has improved the students' English speaking performance.

Abstract

 Chayote is a vines type of plant, and usually people known it as a healthy food and its fruit can be cooked as a vegetable soup. Research aim was to find out the activity from rind and fruit flesh extract of chayote (Sechium edule Sw.) as an antioxidant and find out IC50 from rind and fruit flesh extract of chayote S. edule Sw. After peel the rind of chayote fruit, then chayote rind extracted with soxhletation method and chayote fruit flesh with maceration method. Antioxidant activity evaluated by using DPPH method with spectrophotometry, and IC50 count using regresi linier analysis. This research used methanol extract of chayote rind and methanol extract of chayote fruit flesh. Research results showed that chayote rind extract and chayote fruit flesh have some activity as an antioxidant. IC50 for each sample is 422,38 ppm for methanol extract of chayote rind and 1322,62 ppm for methanol extract of chayote fruit flesh.

Abstract

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) have become a significant global health challenge. Conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension contribute to more than 70% of deaths worldwide. This community service activity aims to provide free health screenings to the community, particularly to the residents of Desa Bangun Rejo, with the goal of early detection of NCDs. The community service activities involved health screenings followed by direct education to the participants. The results showed that 40 participants attended and gained knowledge about their current health conditions, including blood pressure, blood glucose levels, and uric acid levels. The findings from the health screenings will serve as a reference for participants to understand the importance of regular health check-ups in mitigating future risks Penyakit tidak menular (PTM) menjadi salah satu tantangan kesehatan global yang signifikan. termasuk penyakit jantung, diabetes, dan hipertensi menyumbang lebih dari 70% kematian di seluruh dunia. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemeriksaan Kesehatan gratis kepada masyarakat khususnya masyarakat Desa Bangun Rejo yang bertujuan untuk deteksi dini PTM. Metode kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan berupa pemeriksaan Kesehatan dan dilanjutkan pemberian edukasi langsung kepada peserta. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan peserta yang hadir sebanyak 40 orang mengetahui tentang kondisi saat ini berupa tekanan darah, kadar glukosa darah, dan asam urat. Hasil pemeriksaan yang didapatkan dijadikan sebagai rujukan untuk peserta lebih memahami pentingnya melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara rutin guna menanggulangi resiko yang lebih besar untuk kedepannya

Abstract

This study aims This study aims to analyze the impact of Job Promotion, Work Stress, Reward, and Punishment on the performance of employees in the SMT Department at PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk. The data used in this research consists of primary data collected from the distribution of questionnaires to 112 employees specifically in the SMT Department at PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk. The sampling technique used was the Questionnaire technique. The data processing method involved quantitative data analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Job Promotion, Work Stress, Reward, and Punishment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. This is evidenced by comparing the calculated F value and the F table value, F calculated = 40.353 > F table = 2.46. For Job Promotion, the t calculated value (3.335) > t table (1.658). For Work Stress, the t calculated value (2.147) > t table (1.658). For Punishment, the t calculated value (1.764) > t table (1.658). For Reward, the t calculated value (5.484) > t table (1.658), indicating a partial effect on employee performance   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Promosi Jabatan, Stres Kerja, Reward dan Punihment terhadap kinerja karyawan Departemen SMT di PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk Data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer yang dikumpulkan dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada 112 orang karyawan khususnya Departemen SMT di PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Angket. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan kuantitas data, uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa Promosi jabatan, Stres Kerja, Reward dan Punishment secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan Kinerja Karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan melihat perbandingan nilai F hitung dan F tabel, F hitung = 40.353 > F tabel = 2.46. dari Promosi jabatan nilai t hitung (3.335) > t tabel (1,658). Stres kerja nilai t hitung (2.147) > t tabel (1,658), Punishment nilai t hitung (1.764) > t tabel (1,658), Reward nilai t hitung (5.484) > t tabel (1,658) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of brand image on purchase intention mediated by trust. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population used in this study is the millennial generation who have purchased fashion products online in Batam City. The technique used in sampling this research is purposive sampling, namely the selection of samples selected based on consideration of convenience sampling techniques, where the sampling technique by sampling by chance which is considered as a sample member is people who are easy to meet, are at the right time, and are easy to reach. The criteria are the millennial generation who have purchased fashion products through e-commerce platforms in Batam who were born around 1980 to 1995 when technology was advanced. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, outer model analysis, inner model, and mediating hypothesis testing through the SmartPLS programme. The results showed that brand image has a significant effect on trust, trust has a significant effect on purchase intention, while brand image has no significant effect on purchase intention, but trust is able to mediate between brand image and purchase intention

Abstract

Toko Valleee Store, sebagai Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengan (UMKM) menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola proses penjualan dan memperkuat strategi pemasaran. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing, dilakukan pelatihan dan implementasi aplikasi P.O.S (Point of Sale) sebagai media pemasaran Pemilihan aplikasi P.O.S dilakukan dengan cermat, dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan spesifik Toko Valleee Store. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan toko dapat mengelola proses transaksi lebih efisien, mempermudah pencatatan penjualan, serta meningkatkan akurasi laporan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, implementasi sistem, dan evaluasi efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi POS. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bahwa penerapan aplikasi POS membantu mengurangi kesalahan dalam pencatatan transaksi dan mempercepat proses pelayanan  Selain itu, pelatihan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik bagi pengguna terhadap fitur dan manfaat aplikasi POS.

Abstract

Cafe is a place of business engaged in culinary. Currently, the café is a place that is quite in demand by all circles, because it can be used as a place to relax or do assignments for students. However, many cafes have difficulty in serving reservations and still use conventional systems. With a menu ordering information system and web-based digital payments applied to this café, it aims to speed up the menu ordering process, facilitate payments with digital wallets and make the ordering process more efficient. With this information system, café sales report data becomes computerized, so that data can be stored properly. The method used in this study uses data collection methods, namely by observation, interviews, and literature studies. As for system development using a methodology or prototype approach. Based on the research conducted, it produced a menu ordering information system and web-based digital payments using PHP and Mysql. And from testing the system with blackbox testing conducted by 2 testers, the system made was able to make the ordering process at the café more efficient.
