Abstract

Abstrak              Ekowisata Silowo adalah salah satu pariwisata dengan keindahan alam yang terletak di Desa Mandirejo, Kecamatan Merakurak, Kabupaten Tuban. Salah satu daya tarik utama dari Ekowisata Silowo adalah kawasan ini dikelilingi oleh pohon sagu yang lebat, suasana sejuk dan asri. Pengunjung juga dapat menikmati fasilitas perahu kano yang tersedia, memungkinkan mereka untuk menyusuri perairan yang tenang sambil menikmati keindahan alam sekitar. Namun, terdapat beberapa masalah yang dihadapi terutama dalam hal sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan strategi pemasaran digital. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu identifikasi masalah, peningkatan kapasitas, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan PkM, pengelola dan karyawan Ekowisata Silowo mampu memahami dan menerapkan periklanan baik dalam penulisan narasi periklanan yang menarik, coppy writing, cara strategi design canva dan strategi dalam mengoptimalkan pelayanan SDM. Kata Kunci: periklanan; digital marketing;SDM kreatif Abstract Silowo Ecotourism is a type of tourism with natural beauty located in Mandirejo Village, Merakurak District, Tuban Regency. One of the main attractions of Silowo Ecotourism is this area which is surrounded by dense sago trees, the atmosphere is cool and beautiful. Visitors can also enjoy the canoe facilities available, allowing them to explore the calm waters while enjoying the natural beauty of the surroundings. However, there are several problems faced, especially in terms of human resources (HR) and digital marketing strategies. This activity is carried out through several stages, namely identifying problems, increasing capacity, and evaluating. As a result of the PkM activities, Silowo Ecotourism managers and employees were able to understand and apply advertising well in writing interesting advertising narratives, copywriting, how to design Canva strategies and strategies for optimizing HR services. Keywords: advertising; digital marketing; creative human resources

Abstract

Digital marketing has developed into an effective strategy for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to expand market reach and increase sales. The purpose of this writing is to discuss the application of digital marketing as a marketing strategy for MSMEs with a focus on the use of social media, search engines and email marketing in the current digital era. The method used in the research is literature study. The research results are that digital marketing can provide access to global markets at a more cost efficient rate than conventional marketing. In terms of digital marketing, more personal interactions can be achieved with potential customers, this can provide more personalized information and develop closer relationships. In addition, accurate performance measurements can be carried out with real-time tracking and analysis, so that strategies can be adjusted quickly based on the data obtained. Product and service innovation in digital marketing can also open up opportunities for MSMEs to continue to innovate following market trends and ever-changing customer needs. With proper implementation, digital marketing can increase visibility, competitiveness and overall business growth for MSMEs. Keywords; digital marketing, MSMEs, marketing strategy.
