Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors of job satisfaction among outsourced employees at PT Catur Daya Sukses and to analyze their influence on employee performance. The research focuses on job satisfaction and performance variables to examine the determinants of employee job satisfaction and how these factors affect work performance. A quantitative research approach was employed by distributing structured questionnaires to 10 outsourced employees from different divisions within the company. Data collection was conducted directly by providing respondents with a list of questions designed to measure levels of job satisfaction and performance. The collected data were then analyzed using factor analysis to identify the dominant factors influencing job satisfaction. The results indicate that job satisfaction factors play a significant role and are the main determinants affecting the performance of outsourced employees. These findings suggest that improving job satisfaction can contribute positively to enhancing employee performance at PT Catur Daya Sukses.

Abstract

Transformasi digital menuntut semua lapisan masyarakat, termasuk kelompok lanjut usia, untuk mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi yang bergerak cepat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi digital lansia di Desa Labuhan Haji, Lombok Timur, agar mampu mengakses layanan publik daring secara mandiri sekaligus memperkuat interaksi sosial melalui media digital. Program dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan learning by doing, mencakup pelatihan penggunaan gawai, aplikasi komunikasi, serta simulasi pemanfaatan layanan publik online seperti administrasi kependudukan, layanan kesehatan, dan aplikasi pemerintah. Sebanyak 30 peserta lansia mengikuti kegiatan selama tiga minggu. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan digital dasar, dari skor 41,7 menjadi 79,5, serta peningkatan partisipasi sosial daring yang ditunjukkan dengan frekuensi komunikasi keluarga yang naik sebesar 45%. Hasil wawancara mendalam memperlihatkan peningkatan rasa percaya diri, kemandirian, dan pemahaman terhadap prosedur administrasi publik. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam mempersempit kesenjangan digital serta mendukung inklusi sosial melalui pemberdayaan kelompok lansia.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the digital transformation challenges faced by manufacturing companies, particularly in terms of digital literacy and adaptation to technology-based work systems. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Digital Leadership and Digital Culture on Employee Performance at PT. XYZ Subang is a speaker manufacturing company. This study employs a quantitative, descriptive-associative design to examine the relationship between variables systematically. A total of 103 participants were selected as research subjects through purposive sampling, with the main criterion being active involvement in work activities that use digital systems and technology. The data collection tool used a structured questionnaire distributed to all employees of PT. XYZ. The data processing and testing were carried out using multiple linear regression, complemented by testing individual influences with t-tests and joint influences with F-tests. The research findings revealed that digital-based leadership and digital cultural values ​​had a significant impact on employee performance, both when tested separately and simultaneously. These findings emphasize the importance of digitally literate leaders and a technology-adaptive work culture in encouraging employee productivity and work effectiveness in the Industry 4.0 era.
