Abstract

The increase in the number of deliveries by CS causes an increase in the number of women with a history of CS for a second pregnancy and becomes a problem for subsequent types of birth. An effort to reduce the incidence of CS delivery is with Vaginal Birth After Caesarean (VBAC). Vaginal birth After Caesarean (VBAC) is a vaginal birth after a cesarean section (Cunningham, 2013). Mothers who are afraid of undergoing a normal birth process are caused by many factors, one of which is the problem of lack of information provided and support from both health workers and family regarding the choice of VBAC method. This study aimed to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge, family support, and health worker support on the choice of VBAC method at TPMB West Jakarta City in 2024. The method used in this research is observational analytics with a Cross-Sectional Study design. The sample in this study was pregnant women in the second and third trimesters with a history of 1 time non-absolutely indicated CS (such as CPD, uterine rupture). In this research, the instrument used was a questionnaire sheet. The analysis used Chi Square. There is a relationship between knowledge and the choice of delivery method, Vaginal Birth After Caesar (VBAC), the value is (p=0.000), there is a significant relationship between family support and the choice of delivery method, Vaginal Birth After Caesar (VBAC), the value is (p=0.000) and there was a significant relationship between support from health workers and the choice of delivery method. Abstract

The process of getting old will continue to occur and cause various morphological changes that affect the function of the respiratory system. The respiratory system in the elderly shows a structural and functional decline, resulting in increased respiratory work compared to other young people. This is associated with a decreased ability when suffering from mother acute diseases such as heart defects, bacterial or viral infections, and blockages in the airway. The risk of complications from COVID-19 is higher in some vulnerable populations, especially the elderly and individuals who suffer from weakness or have some chronic conditions. The risk of death increases with age and is also higher in those with diabetes, heart disease, blood clotting problems, or who have shown signs of sepsis. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Knowledge and COVID-19 Prevention Behavior in the Elderly This type of research is quantitative research. The population is all elderly in the working area of Piru Health Centre, which consists of 123 people. The sample consisted of 94 people selected by simple random sampling. Research instruments are questionnaires of knowledge and behavior. Data analysis is performed univariately and bivariate using the chi-square test. The results showed a significant relationship between knowledge and COVID-19 prevention behavior in the elderly in the Piru Health Center Work Area. Knowledge influences the behavior of the elderly health, so it is hoped that the government can provide Health Education to improve the understanding of the elderly to improve COVID-19 prevention behavior.

Abstract

The nutritional needs of children aged 24 - 60 months tend to increase because children are in a period of growth accompanied by busy activities. Feeding children at this age requires sufficient patience. If the amount of activity of toddlers is not balanced with nutritious intake, it will affect the health and ability of toddlers to reach their developmental stages. The aim of this community activity is to provide mothers with creativity in making healthy creative snacks and regarding non-pharmacological management to overcome children's lack of appetite. This community service method uses lecture, discussion and demonstration methods that focus on mothers who have children aged 24 - 60 months. This activity can provide insight into counseling and demonstrations regarding feeding babies and children and complementary care "GEBYAR CERIA PINAM" which can be applied to toddlers aged 24-60 months. The Tui Na massage was introduced to mothers and applied to the babies. This activity is expected to increase the knowledge of mothers who have toddlers 24-60 months regarding creative snacks. Abstract

Anemia is one of the significant health problems in pregnant women. Anemia can cause death in pregnant women and is risky for both the mother and the fetus to be born. Anemia can be prevented from iron tablets and foods that contain high iron, as well as fruits such as Ambon bananas and red dragon fruit. This community service aims to overcome priority problems at the Cempaka Putih District Health Center, namely the high rate of low birth weight caused by anemia in pregnant women. This activity is focused on increasing the knowledge of pregnant women about preventing the risk of low birth weight caused by anemia and efforts to prevent anemia through the AKSI NGEMIL SANG NAGA program. The data that our group took was secondary data that we obtained from the Local Area Reporting (PWS) GIZIKIA at the Cempaka Putih Health Center. From these data, the results showed a high incidence of low birth weight caused by anemia in pregnant women. So, we determined this problem to be the main one in the Cempaka Putih area of this community stage. The method used in this community service is the lecture/counseling method, discussion, and demonstration, targeting pregnant women TM I-III. The results of this community service went smoothly with 15 pregnant women, one cadre, and 1 PKK Pokja IV participant. This activity began with a pretest on 15 pregnant women participants; an average pretest score of 62 points was obtained. This shows that mothers' knowledge about anemia is still lacking, so counseling was carried out on anemia in pregnant women, and demonstrations of anemia prevention efforts by consuming Ambon bananas and dragon fruit. Participants seemed enthusiastic about participating in this activity; six mothers actively asked questions. Evaluation of the activity was carried out by giving a posttest to participants. The average posttest result was 97 points. This shows an increase in good knowledge from pregnant women about anemia to prevent low birth weight. Based on the results of the activities that have been carried out, there has been an increase in pregnant women's knowledge about anemia as an effort to prevent low birth weight.
