Abstract

Islamic banking is a financial institution whose implementation adheres to Islamic law which is guided by the Al-Qur`an, Hadith, Ijma`, and Qiyas. Islamic banks appeared in Indonesia around the 1990s with the establishment of Bank Muamalat Indonesia without being based on applicable laws. The development of Islamic banks cannot be separated from the digital era in which technological advances are very rapid marked by the existence of: Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, SMS Banking and Telephone Banking which are easy, comfortable and safe to use, therefore in this digitalization era it is necessary to increase public perception Indonesia towards Islamic Banks by carrying out strategic efforts related to promotion and education that can touch the religious aspects of society, so that they are able to change their attitudes and paradigms for the better and are interested in Islamic financial products.

Abstract

Filantropi merupakan suatu konsep yang telah terdapat dalam Islam, yang bertujuan untuk kebaikan. Efektifitas filantropi dalam upaya mengurangi kesenjangan sosial tidak terlepas dari peran lembaga filantropi yang mengelola kegiatan tersebut. Abstract

Islamic economics emerged as part of a larger project of Islamization in the field of economics. The Philanthropy is a concept that already exists in Islam, which aims for good. The effectiveness of philanthropy in efforts to reduce social inequality is inseparable from the role of philanthropic institutions that manage these activities. While the concept of maqasid sharia is the concept of benefit. And realizing benefit is the keyword for humans to recognize what is good for them. The rationale for benefit comes from the Qur'an and al-hadith, which are used by humans to create ijtihad and determine the idealized benefit in their lives and lives. Initially, the discourse on the concept of Maqashid Syariah was a separate sub-topic of the discipline of Ushul fiqh.

Abstract

Abstract This research analyzes the role of the Sidogiri Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) in managing zakat, infaq, alms and waqf (ZISWAF) funds, as well as other humanitarian funds. As a non-profit entity, LAZ Sidogiri aims to improve the welfare of the poor and mustahik through comprehensive programs. LAZ Sidogiri's vision and mission include increasing awareness of zakat, empowering community potential, and improving the quality of life of the people through education, health, economics, social and da'wah. Flagship programs such as Kun Fayakun, Latansana, Burdah, and Hidayati are designed to provide various assistance according to community needs, ranging from basic needs assistance to business skills development and special attention to orphans. The implementation of these programs is based on the principles of Islamic sharia and Rasulullah's management, and is supported by a strong organizational culture. This research shows that through effective and strategic management, LAZ Sidogiri has succeeded in contributing significantly to improving the welfare of underprivileged communities.
