Abstract

The existence of a leader in an educational institution is very important because it is one of the elements that will determine the preparation and process of realizing the institutional vision. Islamic, good and firm leadership is needed in every educational institution. because basically every educational institution needs a leader figure who masters various matters related to education. The success or failure of an educational institution is largely determined by the quality of leadership, because an outstanding school is a school that has effective leadership. This research includes library research, which is research that utilizes library sources to obtain research data, while the approach used is a qualitative research approach, namely systematic research used to study or research an object in a natural setting without any manipulation therein and without there is a hypothesis test. From this research, the concept of Islamic educational leadership is the art or skill of a leader influencing his subordinates in an effort to achieve educational goals in accordance with Islamic principles. The criteria for a leader who is the hope in Islamic education must be honest, fair and responsible, have a vision, and be able to provide inspiration, and be competent in their field. Educational Leadership Models in Islam, contingency, participation, goal oriented and achievement oriented.

Abstract

This research aims to find out things that are very related and important in supporting success in implementing the curriculum. This research uses a library research method, namely research based on the opinions of educational experts. Important components as supporting resources for the successful implementation of the curriculum include the implementation of education management in the micro scope called school management, utilization of learning resources, teacher performance and professionalism. However, in the author's opinion, one of the most urgent things is micromanagement support. And the essence of school management lies in leadership. Because it is through intelligent leadership that curriculum planning, implementation and evaluation can be carried out effectively, efficiently, accountably and transparently.

Abstract

Islamic education is basically a step in the right direction. This improvement, which has occurred since the Prophet Muhammad SAW lived until recently, was the result of completed direction from Allah. Numerous Muslim academic experts have focused their attention on Islamic education and have produced numerous publications in this area. K.H. Ahmad Dahlan placed Muslims at the center of science, while K.H. Hasyim Asy`ari prioritized religious education over general education. K.H. Ahmad Dahlan presented two ideas regarding the outcomes of Islamic education: the creation of intellectual ulama and the intellectual ulama itself. According to K.H. Hasyim Asy`ari and K.H. Ahmad Dahlan, the idea of Islamic education is highly helpful in expanding Islamic education in this nation and can result in Muslims who are whole and true to their nature. Furthermore, it is a very good idea to implement in this country since the concept they developed can help shape a progressive society or pupils who can meet the problems of this globalized period
