Abstract

In general, the induvidual students, who has the problem, has been solved throughout the teachers’ oriented approach. The result of researches show that most of teachers applied punishment appoaches to identity the students who has the problem.  It is recommed that the teachear should aplly other approaches such as Tatib ( or the role approach) and punishment approach, as the last alternative to solve the problem.Keyword:   Pemahaman Individu, Masalah Individu, Pemdekatan Tatib dan Pendekatan Punishment

Abstract

Anak dan orang dewasa yang bekerja di luar negeri rentan mengalami trafficking. Meskipun disebutkan dalam sebuah Hadîts bahwa rezeki keluarga diperoleh di negerinya sendiri atau bahkan di daerahnya sendiri, namun seseorang mempunyai pilihan untuk bekerja di dalam atau di luar negeri. Dalam kaitan ini, apabila bekerja di luar negeri sudah merupakan pilihan untuk mensejahterakan keluarga, maka yang perlu diantisipasi adalah  bagaimana dalam bekerja tersebut seseorang dapat terhindar dari trafficking. Beberapa upaya penanggulangan banyak ditawarkan oleh berbagai elemen masyarakat. Namun, dalam tulisan ini akan ditawarkan sebuah upaya lain untuk menanggulangi trafficking tersebut, yakni melalui telaah atas ayat-ayat al-Qur’ân sebagai suatu bentuk penanggulangan yang bersifat prefentif. Dalam pada itu, terdapat tiga elemen penting yang ditemukan untuk penanggulangan prefentif trafficking yaitu, pemberdayaan TKI, pemberdayaan majikan/PJTKI,  dan perlindungan hukum bagi TKI.

Abstract

The background to writing this article is the professionalism of educators from an Islamic perspective which is guided by PP No. 19 of 2017 concerning Teachers and Lecturers. Teacher Competency is the teacher's ability to master learning which includes: planning, implementing and evaluating learning in accordance with their field of expertise. This article aims to describe teacher competence from an Islamic perspective. A professional teacher is a teacher who has special skills and expertise in the field of teaching so that he is able to carry out his duties optimally. Indicators of the achievement of a teacher who is said to be professional include: 1) The teacher has mastered the subject matter he teaches, 2) The teacher has mastered competency standards and basic competencies, 3) The teacher is able to develop learning creatively, 4) The teacher is able to carry out reflective actions, 5) The teacher is able to master information technology in communicating. The following are ways that teachers can improve teacher professional competence, including: 1) Strengthening Teacher Work (PKG), 2) Teacher Working Groups (KKG), 3) Teachers can actively participate in the Republic of Indonesia Teachers Association organization (PGRI).
