Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Investasi Asing Langsung (Foreign Direct Investment/FDI), Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK), dan pendidikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM) periode 2017-2024 yang mencakup 34 provinsi, dengan metode analisis regresi data panel Fixed Effect Model (FEM) menggunakan Cross Section Weight (CSW). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FDI dan pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja, sementara TIK berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan secara parsial. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan investasi asing dan kualitas pendidikan merupakan faktor kunci dalam mendorong produktivitas tenaga kerja di Indonesia.

Abstract

Heart failure is classified as a cardiovascular disease, which is the leading cause of death worldwide. In Indonesia, heart failure has a high mortality rate, which in 2019 became the second leading cause of death after stroke. One method that can be used to examine the factors affecting mortality in heart failure patients is the cox proportional hazards regression. Cox proportional hazards regression is one of the most commonly used methods for analyzing survival data to date. The study data consisted of 299 observations involving 5 predictor variables, such as age, serum creatinine, serum sodium, high blood pressure, and diabetes. The conclusion of the analysis indicates that the variables of age, serum creatinine, serum sodium, and high blood pressure are significant. High blood pressure and serum creatinine are the factors that most affect the death of heart failure patients. Patients with high blood pressure have a 56,71% higher risk of death than patients without high blood pressure, and every 1 mg/dL in creatinine in the blood, the risk of death for heart failure patients will increase by 29,77%.

Abstract

This final work aims to introduce the traditional Minangkabau drink, teh talua (egg tea) into the form of graphic art by visualizing teh talua (egg tea) in graphic works using serigraphy techniques. There are several stages that are carried out in accordance with the method used in creating the work, namely: preparation, which is an observation related to the initial idea of the author's interest, elaboration is a stage to solidify the observation of information by collecting several references, journals, the internet or direct surveys will be very helpful in the elaboration stage related to the uniqueness of talua tea (egg tea) which must be cultivated, synthesis is the stage after getting the idea, what the author does next is to conclude and make an implementation schedule starting with preparation of the work until the creation of the work. The results created in the creation of graphic works of art are entitled "Thinking, Contemporary, Relaxed, Togetherness, Brewing, Focused, Serving, Alone, Happy and Silent."
