Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Foreign Debt (X1), Sukuk (X2), Inflation (X3) and Interest Rate (X4) on Economic Growth (Y). This type of research is quantitative research using regression analysis as data analysis and using secondary data in the form of time series. The data used are monthly data from Foreign Debt, Sukuk, Inflation and Interest Rates and Economic Growth in 2014-2019 Data that has been obtained 72 samples then analyzed using the application tool E-views 9. Based on the results of this study indicate that the partial dependent variable External Debt influences positively and insignificantly, Sukuk positively influences and insignificantly, Inflation influences positively and insignificantly and Interest Rates have a positive and insignificant effect on the independent variables Economic Growth shown through Gross Domestic Product (GDP ).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable makro ekonomi terhadap pertumbuhan reksadana syariah periode 2015-2019. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode observasi tidak langsung berupa data sekunder yang berupa laporan bulanan PDB, Inflasi, Kurs, Jumlah Uang Beredar, BI-Rate dan Reksadana Syariah periode Januari 2015-Desember 2019. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini asalah teknik sampel jenuh. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data dengan dibantu Eviews 9. Hasil uji-T menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variable PDB berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan reksadana syariah, variable inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan reksadana syariah, variable kurs berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan reksadana syariah, variable Jumlah uang beredar dan variable BI-Rate sama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan reksadana syariah. Bedasarkan uji F nilai Probabilitas 0.000000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan secara simultan variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Reksadana Syariah.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to measure and analyze the effect of the marketing mix (product, place, price, promotion, process, people and physical evidence) on customer decisions to save at BRI Syariah KC Semarang and the influence of religiosity in moderating the effect of marketing mix on customer decisions to save in BRI Syariah KC Semarang. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the first marketing mix (product, place, price, promotion, process, people and physical evidence) has a significant positive effect on customer decisions to save, secondly religiosity moderates the effect of marketing mix on customer decisions to save and third there is a significant positive effect. simultaneous between the marketing mix and the customer's decision to save.  AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisa pengaruh marketing mix (produk, tempat, harga, promosi, proses, orang dan bukti fisik) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung di BRI Syariah KC Semarang serta pengaruh religiusitas dalam dalam memoderasi pengaruh marketing mix terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung di BRI Syariah KC Semarang. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust and income on the motivation to pay zakat. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires distributed to Muzakki Griya Zakat Suruh Semarang district. The samples taken for the study were 67 respondents using probability sampling techniques. The analysis used is using multiple linear regression. The test results show that the variables of trust and income positively affect the motivation to pay zakat. The variables of trust and income together influence the motivation to pay zakat.

Abstract

Macroeconomic conditions can reflect a country’s investment climate one of which is sukuk. Sukuk contain an investment element in a real project as the basis for its issuance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of gross domestic product money supply, exchange rates and inflation on the growth in the outstanding value of Indonesian corporate sukuk in 2016-2019. This research uses quantitative methods on secondary data based on time series with a population of 240 data. Data collection was carried out by accessing the official web pages of the OJK, BI and BPS. Data were processed using Eviews-10 and analyzed with descriptive statistics, stationary test, multiple linear regression test, hypotesis test and classical assumptions. The partial results of the GDP (X1) and The exchange rate (X3) have a negative and significant effect. JUB (X2) has a positive and significant. The inflation (X4) has a negative and insignificant effect. Meanwhile, simultaneously all variables have a positive and significant.Kondisi makroekonomi dapat mencerminkan iklim investasi suatu negara, salah satunya yaitu sukuk. Sukuk mengandung unsur investasi pada proyek rill sebagai landasan penerbitannya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini dalam rangka mengetahui pengaruh produk domestik bruto, jumlah uang beredar, kurs dan inflasi terhadap pertumbuhan nilai outstanding sukuk korporasi Indonesia tahun 2016-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif pada data sekunder berdasarkan rentan waktu (time series) dengan populasi sebanyak 240 data. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengakses laman web resmi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, Bank Indonesia dan Badan Pusat Stastistik. Data diolah menggunakan Eviews-10 dan dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif, uji stasioneritas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis dan asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linier berganda yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil secara parsial variabel produk domestik bruto (X1) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan nilai outstanding sukuk korporasi Indonesia dengan nilai probability 0.0121. Variabel jumlah uang beredar (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan nilai outstanding sukuk korporasi dengan nilai probability 0.0000. Variabel kurs (X3) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan nilai outstanding sukuk korporasi Indonesia dengan nilai probability 0.0429. Variabel inflasi (X4) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan nilai outstanding sukuk korporasi dengan nilai probability 0.1871. Sedangkan secara simultan seluruh variabel (produk domestim bruto, jumlah uang beredar, kurs dan inflasi) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan nilai outstanding sukuk korporasi dengan nilai probability 0.000000.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of economic growth  which is always in a fluctuating state. So that variables that can strengthen or increase economic growth are needed. Economic growth is often associated with the welfare of a country's people. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Zakat Infak Sedekah (X1), Exports (X2) and Household Consumption to Indonesia's Economic Growth (Y) in 2015-2019. Samples were obtained as many as 60 data of BPS and BAZNAS. The data used in this study are sekunder data time series. Data analysis  used statistical tests,  Descriptive statistical test, stationarity test, multiple linear regression test and also classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heterocesdasticity test, autocorrelation test and linearity test) with the help of Eviews version 11. The result of this study indicate  that zakat infak sedekah has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, exports has a positive and significant effect on economic growth and household consumption has a positive and significant effect on economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of benefits and convenience on interest in using sharia mobile banking with attitude as an intervening variable in UIN Salatiga students. This research is quantitative research, this research uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. The population of this study were UIN Salatiga students, the sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The sample obtained was 97 respondents. The data was processed using the statistical software program for social sciences (SPSS) version 25. The results of this study show that the influence of benefits, convenience and attitude has a positive and significant effect on interest in using sharia mobile banking, the influence variable of benefits and convenience has a positive and significant effect on attitudes, and The results of the path analysis test for attitude variables can mediate the influence of benefits and convenience on interest in using sharia mobile banking.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of zakat (X1), Human Development Index (X2), wages (X3), and population (X4) on poverty (Y) in Central Java province in 2019-2021. The research carried out this time used quantitative research because the approach was carried out through a process of hypothesis testing, data analysis and creating a conclusion. The data used is secondary data based on time and region which is called panel data. Data was obtained via the BPS and BAZNAS Central Java access pages and processed using E-Views 9, with tests carried out using hypothesis testing and classical assumption testing. Based on the hypothesis test obtained, each variable partially influences poverty, with the result that variable X1 has an insignificant negative effect. Variable X2 has a significant negative effect on poverty. Variable X3 has a significant positive effect. Variable X4 has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Economic growth can influence the quality of the workforce through the Solow economic model, the higher the quality of the workforce has implications for economic growth. Therefore, this research aims to estimate the relationship between workforce quality and economic growth in 7 Surakarta jurisdictions during 2019-2023. The research method uses panel data regression with a total of 6 districts and 1 city in Surakarta Residency including education, namely registered job seekers according to the highest level of education completed and human gender (Jiwa) at undergraduate level, labor force participation rate (TPAK), development index (HDI) and economic growth. Research findings show that education has a significant effect on economic growth. The labor force participation rate has a negative effect on economic growth. The human development index has a significant effect on economic growth. Education, labor force participation rate, human development index simultaneously have a significant effect on economic growth in Surakarta Residency. Policy implications based on the findings, it is recommended that the Regency/Municipal Government emphasize strategies for improving the quality of education and HDI.
