Abstract

The millennial generation’s engagement with social media has significantly influenced the dissemination of religious content, including Islamic da’wah. Traditional da’wah methods relying on in-person gatherings and textual resources face challenges in reaching a digitally connected audience. Social media platforms provide an opportunity for da’wah practitioners to engage millennials through interactive, visually appealing, and accessible content. Understanding effective da’wah management strategies on social media is crucial for optimizing digital Islamic outreach. This study aims to explore effective strategies for managing da’wah content on social media to attract and engage the millennial generation. A qualitative research design is employed, incorporating content analysis of social media da’wah campaigns, interviews with digital da’wah practitioners, and audience engagement metrics. Findings reveal that short-form video content, storytelling techniques, and interactive discussions significantly enhance engagement among millennials. Social media algorithms prioritize content that encourages interaction, requiring da’wah initiatives to integrate consistent posting schedules, audience feedback mechanisms, and visually engaging formats. The study concludes that effective da’wah management on social media necessitates a balance between religious authenticity and digital communication trends.

Abstract

This study focuses on state forest protection management in Central Highlands Vietnam, particularly in the Krong Bong District, Dak Lak Province, examining the role of community participation. The Central Highlands, a region rich in biodiversity and ecological significance, is severely impacted by deforestation, illegal logging, and land-use changes. This study assesses the current state of forest governance and proposes sustainable development improvement strategies. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, integrating secondary data, such as government reports and forest management reports from Krong Bong District, Đak Lak Province, as well as previous studies, with primary data collected from surveys of 96 forest managers and 60 households. The results show that forest management governance is organized but faces limited resources and overlapping responsibilities. The forest area increased from 65,054 hectares in 2019 to 68,740 hectares in 2022 due to reforestation efforts. However, rigid forest protection policies, limited community participation, inexperienced personnel, and over 1,100 forestry law violations between 2019 and 2022 underscore the challenges in law enforcement. This study signifies the crucial role of community engagement, which is still formally recognized as a weak part of forest protection management. It identifies the needs of community-based models that can ensure benefit-sharing, clear legal entitlements, and participatory planning processes, in coordination with government agencies and forest owners, to further prevent fragmented implementation.

Abstract

The intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and quantum mechanics represents a frontier of scientific exploration, offering the potential to revolutionize our understanding of quantum systems. Despite the promise, significant challenges remain in effectively integrating AI techniques within quantum mechanics frameworks. This study aims to investigate the applications of AI in quantum mechanics, identifying both the challenges and opportunities presented by this interdisciplinary approach. The focus is on understanding how AI can enhance quantum simulations, optimize computations, and improve experimental designs. A comprehensive literature review was conducted, analyzing recent advancements in AI algorithms applied to quantum mechanics. Case studies were examined to illustrate successful implementations and the limitations encountered. Key metrics for evaluation included computational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Findings indicate that AI techniques, particularly machine learning and neural networks, can significantly expedite quantum simulations and enhance predictive accuracy. However, challenges such as data sparsity, interpretability of AI models, and the integration of AI with quantum algorithms were identified as significant barriers to progress. This research highlights the transformative potential of AI in advancing quantum mechanics while acknowledging the inherent challenges. Addressing these challenges will require collaborative efforts across disciplines, paving the way for innovative solutions that leverage AI to deepen our understanding of quantum phenomena and improve technological applications.

Abstract

Background. Local values embedded within rural communities often play a decisive role in shaping attitudes toward environmental stewardship, social cohesion, and economic resilience. In the context of sustainable development, the integration of these values into formal policies remains a complex challenge due to tensions between traditional norms and modern governance frameworks. Purpose. This study aims to analyze the transformation of local values in the formulation and implementation of sustainable development policies, adopting a rural sociology perspective to understand the interplay between culture, social structures, and policy processes. Method. A qualitative research design was employed, combining in-depth interviews with community leaders, policy-makers, and local residents, along with document analysis of regional development plans. Data were collected from three rural districts undergoing active policy reforms aimed at balancing economic growth with environmental sustainability. Results. Findings indicate that local values are not merely preserved or discarded but often reinterpreted to align with broader development goals, resulting in hybrid governance practices. This transformation is influenced by political negotiation, generational shifts, and external pressures such as globalization and climate change. Conclusion. The study concludes that sustainable development policies achieve greater legitimacy and long-term effectiveness when they are co-created with communities, ensuring that local values are adapted without losing their core identity.
