Abstract

This research aims to examine in depth the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) implementation on the human resource management process. This research was conducted through a literature review by collecting information from reputable journal articles, through descriptive research methods and qualitative approaches. Data was collected through snowball observation technique with the criteria of Scopus indexed journal articles Q1-Q4 within the last 5 years. Data analysis was conducted through data presentation, data reduction and conclusion. The findings of this study provide deep insight into the complexity of the relationship between Artificial Intelligence and human resource management, AI plays an important role in the human resource management process starting from recruitment, selection, employee training and development, performance appraisal, decision making, determining employee compensation and benefits as well as relationships with customers.

Abstract

Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam merupakan konteks pembelajaran yang dibentuk untuk memberikan interpretasi mengenai ajaran Islam, salah satunya adalah bab tentang pernikahan. Di Dalam bab ini menghimpun tentang pernikahan yang bertujuan agar siswa dapat memahami ketentuan pernikahan dalam Islam. Dari kurikulum PAI inilah siswa dapat memiliki bekal pemahaman secara komprehensif dan memiliki pertimbangan kesiapan sebelum menikah. Fenomena dispensasi pernikahan yang terjadi saat ini menggambarkan tentang kompleksitas pernikahan dalam masyarakat yang berkaitan dengan budaya, sosial dan usia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis relevansi isi kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam jenjang SMA dengan fenomena dispensasi pernikahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif studi lapangan (field reaserch) dan studi pustaka. Analisis data model Miles Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, display data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Temuan penelitian ini. Pertama, rata-rata perkara remaja berusia 17-18 tahun, sebesar 74% disebabkan karena faktor kecelakaan. Kedua, kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam bab Indahnya Membangun Mahligai Rumah Tangga. dari aspek tujuan, isi, metode dan evaluasi, secara keseluruhan sudah komprehensif. Ketiga, Dispensasi pernikahan dengan kurikulum PAI memiliki relevansi yang signifikan. Namun, bertolak belakang dengan regulasi Undang-Undang No. 16 Tahun 2019 tentang batas minimal menikah harus berumur 19 tahun bagi laki-laki dan perempuan.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has had a significant impact on the world of education today, particularly for Islamic Education (PAI) students in their learning processes. This study aims to explore how the utilisation of AI can support the learning activities of PAI students based on digital literacy. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a library research design. The data analysis technique used is content analysis. The findings show that AI holds great potential, as it can personalise learning, provide interactive and engaging learning media, and contribute to the development of 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. The integration of AI into each PAI course presents opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of learning, tailored to the individual needs of students. Nevertheless, challenges such as limited infrastructure in remote areas, low levels of digital literacy, ethical concerns, and dependence on AI technology remain obstacles that need to be addressed. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen students’ digital literacy and ethical use of technology, grounded in Islamic principles, so that AI can function as an effective tool to support learning in each course. This serves as a strategy to maximise the use of AI technology in the PAI education process
