Abstract

Educational technology is the most important thing in online learning. Therefore, in the present day, teachers need educational technology. Teachers must be able to use technology in education so that it can improve learning achievement in students' understanding and knowledge. In this study, the researcher used a descriptive quantitative approach, namely by assigning numerical values to the data that had been collected from the research results, based on predetermined measurement criteria. The data needed in this study was about the Effect of Educational Technology by PAK Teachers on the Learning Achievements of Students in Grade VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Medan. In the process of obtaining this data, the method used in this study is an indirect communication approach, with the means of collecting information in the form of standardised questionnaires (questionnaires with predetermined answers). The population obtained was 120 students. The result of this study is that the influence of educational technology by PAK teachers on student learning achievement is very influential in significantly improving the learning achievement of students in grade VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Medan.ABSTRAKTeknologi pendidikan merupakan hal terpenting dalam pembelajaran online atau daring. Oleh sebab itu, pada masa sekarang dibutuhkan  teknologi pendidikan sangat diperlukan oleh guru. Maka dari itu guru harus mampu menggunakan teknologi dalam pendidikan agar dalam teknologi  tersebut dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar  dalam pemahaman dan pengetahuan peserta didik. Pada studi ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, yakni dengan menetapkan nilai numerik terhadap data yang telah dikumpulkan dari hasil penelitian, berdasarkan kriteria ukuran yang telah ditentukan. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai  Pengaruh Teknologi Pendidikan Oleh  Guru PAK Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Medan. Dalam proses perolehan data ini, metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah pendekatan komunikasi tidak langsung, dengan sarana pengumpulan informasi berupa angket atau kuesioner terstandardisasi (kuesioner dengan jawaban yang telah ditentukan). Populasi yang didapat adalah 120 siswa, Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pengaruh  teknologi pendidikan oleh guru PAK terhadap prestasi belajar siswa sangat berpengaruh secara signifikan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Medan.

Abstract

Professional competence is the ability to master material, learn broadly and in depth which enables guiding students to meet the competency standards set out in national education standards. Christian religious education is an effort to prepare people to believe, understand and practice the Christian religion itself. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the professional competence of Religious Education teachers on the effectiveness of student learning at SMP Swasta Wiyata Dharma Medan.The operational definition is the independent variable, namely Professional Competence of Religious Education Teachers (X) and the dependent variable is Student Learning Effectiveness (Y). This type of research method is quantitative research, namely by providing numbers from data that has been obtained from research results. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires and data analysis using normality tests, linearity tests, correlation tests and hypothesis tests.The results of the research show that there is a significant correlation between the variable teacher professional competence (X) and student learning effectiveness (Y) at Wiyata Dharma Private Middle School, Medan.
