Abstract

The low achievement of exclusive breastfeeding is a public health problem worldwide. Exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Indonesia in 2023 was recorded at only 67.94%, down from 2022. One contributing factor is the lack of support for breastfeeding mothers. Various strategies can be implemented to enhance family involvement, one of which is education through a family center learning approach. One method that can be used in providing education is the computer assisted learning (CAL) method. Develop interactive multimedia with the CAL method that can be used in family center learning to empower breastfeeding mothers. ADDIE model, to produce CAL-based multimedia applications. The method used to collect data was questionnaires and data analysis using descriptive statistics. Computer Assisted Learning-based multimedia design named "Successful Family-Based Exclusive Breastfeeding" with a web page https://sites.google.com/view/asi-ekslusif. The results of the trial to experts were all experts stated "Worth using" with an average score of 3.64 material experts and 3.8 media experts. The results of the trial to the breastfeeding mother's family were the average appearance aspect of 3.8 which means very feasible, the average material presentation aspect of 3.9 which means very feasible and the average benefit aspect of 3.8 which means very feasible. Computer Assisted Learning-based multimedia design named "Successful Family-Based Exclusive Breastfeeding" is suitable for use in family center learning to empower breastfeeding mothers.

Abstract

PT X is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company producing cosmetics, household health supplies, medicines, and quasi-drugs. During the internship period of 8 months, various aspects of agro-industrial logistics were observed, including demand planning. The study focused on addressing recurring issues of stockouts of talcum powder, specifically Salisil Talk Wangi 45 grams, caused by inaccurate forecasting and manual estimation methods. To resolve this, the Double Moving Average method was applied to forecast demand for the product. The results showed that for the Blue variant of Salisil Talk Wangi 45 gr, the forecasting error was MAD = 1.236 and MAPE = 7%. For the Yellow variant, MAD = 1.109 and MAPE = 7%, and for the Green variant, MAD = 1.109 and MAPE = 8%. These results suggest that the Double Moving Average method is effective in supporting raw material planning for better production continuity.

Abstract

Anemia merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang cukup serius di Indonesia . Sebanyak 32% remaja usia 15-24 tahun mengalami anemia. Permasalahan didapatkan bahwa kelompok remaja belum memahami terkait anemia dan dampak anemia serta belum pernah mengkonsumsi tablet anemia. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman remaja terkait anemia dan dampak anemia dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, serta meningkatkan motivasi remaja untuk mengkonsumsi tablet Fe. Metode pelaksanaan model kerjasama kemitraan dengan kader kesehatan dan remaja melalui penyuluhan dan pemberian tablet Fe serentak. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei - Juni 2024 dengan diikuti sebanyak 20 peserta yang bertempat di Kecamatan Nanggalo. Kegiatan ini bertepatan dengan operasi pasar murah dari Dinas perdagangan Sumatera Barat Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan remaja tentang anemia dan dampak anemia sebesar 49,4% dengan rata-rata nilai pretest 56.89% menjadi 85% pada posttest. Setelah kegiatan, remaja tampak antusias dan termotivasi dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan promosi kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan upaya pencegahan terjadinya anemia khususnya pada remaja.
