Abstract

Promotion is one of the key factors influencing sales activities conducted by companies. It is a mandatory strategy used to market and sell products to consumers. Various promotional strategies are implemented to attract consumer interest. This research discusses the role of customer value promotion in purchasing decisions at Indomaret. This study employs a quantitative method with a survey technique, using a random sampling approach with 40 Indomaret consumers. The data was collected through questionnaires. The results indicate that customer value promotion significantly influences purchasing decisions at Indomaret.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of..human resource planning on organizational performance. HR planning is the key element in workforce management to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Method of this research used literature review referring to various previous studies. The results show that effective HR planning can increase productivity, reduce employee turnover, and enhance job satisfaction. These findings indicate that companies need to adopt adaptive HR planning strategies to address globalization challenges and technological advancements.

Abstract

This study analyzes the financial performance of PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. in 2023 using financial ratios, including profitability, liquidity, and solvency. The data used originates from the company's annual financial statements. The applied method is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, utilizing financial ratios such as Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and Current Ratio. The results of the study indicate that PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. has a stable financial performance, with increased profitability, healthy liquidity, and maintained solvency. These findings have significant implications for strengthening the company's competitiveness in the tobacco industry market.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed the business landscape, including the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digitalization strategies at PD. Sentra Atap, a traditional roof tile store, to enhance its competitiveness in the growing online market. Employing a qualitative approach through observation and interviews, the study finds that the lack of technological adoption is the primary obstacle. Proposed solutions include creating a website, utilizing social media, integrating with marketplaces, and providing digital training for business actors. These findings are expected to serve as a practical reference for similar MSMEs in embracing digital transformation.
