Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja pada UPT. Rumah Sakit Khusus Daerah Ibu dan Anak Siti Fatimah. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai UPT. Rumah Sakit Khusus Daerah Ibu dan Anak Siti Fatimah dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh pegawai UPT. Rumah Sakit Khusus Daerah Ibu dan Anak Siti Fatimah yaitu 160 pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pada UPT. Rumah Sakit Khusus Daerah Ibu dan Anak Siti Fatimah; (2) Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pada UPT. Rumah Sakit Khusus Daerah Ibu dan Anak Siti Fatimah; (3) Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPT. Rumah Sakit Khusus Daerah Ibu dan Anak Siti Fatimah; (4) Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPT. Rumah Sakit Khusus Daerah Ibu dan Anak Siti Fatimah; (5) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPT. Rumah Sakit Khusus Daerah Ibu dan Anak Siti Fatimah; (6) Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja pada UPT. Rumah Sakit Khusus Daerah Ibu dan Anak Siti Fatimah; (7) Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja pada UPT. Rumah Sakit Khusus Daerah Ibu dan Anak Siti Fatimah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Knowledge Management with the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) method as a competitive advantage in PT. Mutuagung Lestari, TBK. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach by utilizing the Nvivo 14.0 application to analyze interview data related to the implementation of Knowledge Managemet and the PDCA method is used to evaluate the cycle of Knowledge Managemet implementation starting from planning, implementation, supervision, to continuous improvement of PT. Mutuagung Lestari, TBK. The results of the study show that the application of Knowledge Management at PT. Mutuagung Lestari has covered aspects of knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing, knowledge utilization, and Knowledge Management Approaches, with significant results in supporting innovation, efficiency, and business sustainability. Despite the challenges in knowledge sharing, data management, and a culture of collaboration, the company has demonstrated commitment through human resource development and the improvement of supporting infrastructure. Analysis with NVivo revealed that the Plan and Do stages in the PDCA method have gone well through training and discussion forums, while the Check and Act stages require improvement in evaluation and continuous improvement. Knowledge Management is also a key element in decision-making and process efficiency, while supporting companies to rely on a competent workforce as a key competitive advantage. With a commitment to professional service and client satisfaction, the reputation of PT. Mutuagung Lestari is getting stronger in the certification sector.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of relationship marketing and banking digitalization on customer loyalty through corporate governance as an intervening variable at Bank Mandiri KCP Sidrap. The population in this study were Bank Mandiri KCP Sidrap customers, while the sample in this study was determined using the Slovin formula technique so that the number of samples obtained in this study was 100 samples. This research uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to the research object. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis uses the partial least squares application. The results of the analysis show that relationship marketing has a significant and positive effect on corporate governance, banking digitalization has an insignificant positive and effect on corporate governance, relationship marketing has a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty, banking digitalization has a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty, corporate governance has an insignificant and positive effect on customer loyalty, relationship marketing has an insignificant and positive effect on customer loyalty through corporate governance as an intervening variable and banking digitalization has an insignificant and positive effect on customer loyalty through corporate governance as an intervening variable.
