Abstract

In the current era of globalization, we are faced with changing times where everything is digital. Weavers are required to struggle to face the current digital era. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the fighting power of weavers in facing the digital era. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with observation and interview research methods. The results of this research show that weavers' fighting power in facing the digital era is influenced by two aspects. Namely the aspect of control (control) and the aspect of origin and ownership or origin and recognition. Highlights: Adaptation to Digitalization – Weavers must adapt to digital tools to stay competitive. Control Aspect – The ability to manage resources and technology influences their success. Abstract

This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach. The study produces data in the form of written or spoken words, as well as observed behaviors. Data collection techniques were carried out through clinical interviews to gather more in-depth information about the problems faced by the subject, the causes of the condition, and the extent of its impact on the subject. Additionally, observations were made to monitor the subject's condition during psychological assessments, including emotional reactions when the subject discussed the conflicts experienced. The subject received counseling for 4 sessions. The primary goal of using CBT in this study was to reduce depression and other psychological symptoms experienced by the subject. The results showed that after 4 counseling sessions, the subject was able to reduce symptoms such as eating disorders, sleep disturbances, social withdrawal, and loss of interest in activities. The subject also began to demonstrate more positive thinking and better emotional management. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Penelitian ini menghasilkan data berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan, serta perilaku yang diamati. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara klinis untuk menggali informasi lebih dalam mengenai permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh subjek, penyebab kondisi tersebut, dan sejauh mana dampaknya terhadap subjek. Selain itu, observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati kondisi subjek selama pemeriksaan psikologis, termasuk reaksi emosional yang muncul ketika subjek berbicara mengenai konflik yang dialami. Subjek diberi konseling sebanyak 4 sesi. Tujuan utama dari penggunaan CBT dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengurangi gejala depresi dan gangguan psikologis lainnya yang dialami oleh subjek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah 4 sesi konseling, subjek mampu mengurangi gejala-gejala seperti gangguan pola makan, gangguan tidur, menarik diri dari aktivitas sosial, serta kehilangan minat untuk beraktivitas. Subjek juga mulai menunjukkan pemikiran yang lebih positif dan kemampuan untuk mengelola emosinya dengan lebih baik.
