Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan utama yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan penjualan pada Toko Kue Rehan Bakery cabang Semolowaru Surabaya. Penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Rehan Bakery cabang Semolowaru Surabaya. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu pemilik, karyawan, dan konsumen. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SWOT dengan menggunakan tabel efas dan ifas. Hasil analisis penelitian dengan menggunakan IFAS dan EFAS maka Rehan Bakery mempunyai faktor kekuatan mendapat skor total 2,90, sedangkan faktor kelemahan mendapat skor total 0,39. Ancaman menerima skor total 0,91, sedangkan Peluang menerima skor total 1,92. Dilihat dari konsekuensi garis SWOT, Toko Roti Rehan berada pada kuadran I dengan nilai (X;Y) (2.51; 1.01), yaitu dengan menggunakan perencanaan yang agresif. Membuat rencana yang membutuhkan kekuatan untuk menjadi peluang adalah strategi yang agresif. Kata Kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, Analisis SWOT Abstract This study's main objective is to identify and analyze marketing strategies to increase sales at the Rehan bakery branch of Semolowaru Surabaya. This research is qualitative and descriptive. This research was conducted at the Rehan Bakery branch of Semolowaru Surabaya. The subjects of this research are owners, employees, and consumers. The data analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis using EFAS and IFAS tables. The results of the research analysis using IFAS and EFAS, Rehan Bakery has a strength factor that gets a total score of 2.90, while a weakness factor gets a total score of 0.39. The threat received a total score of 0.91, while the opportunity received a total score of 1.92. Judging from the consequences of the SWOT line, Rehan Bakery is in quadrant I with values (X;Y) (2.51; 1.01), that is, by using aggressive planning. Making a plan that requires strength to be an opportunity is an aggressive strategy. Keywords: marketing strategy, SWOT Analysis.

Abstract

Barua Tourism Village in Bantaeng Regency is a nature-based tourism destination with great potential through river tubing activities at River Moon Batu Doli. However, limited promotion becomes a barrier to attracting tourists. This study aims to develop a digital promotion strategy using TikTok. Using a qualitative approach and single-subject design, the study involves creating an official TikTok account, producing promotional content, and utilizing TikTok features such as hashtags, geotagging, captions. The results show that TikTok significantly enhances tourism village visibility with high user engagement. TikTok is proven effective in organically and interactively reaching a broad audience.
