Abstract

The problem of people in Indonesia today, especially adolescents, namely work stress that affects sleep patterns or called insomnia, has increased significantly. Based on research reported the prevalence of Insomnia in adolescents in Indonesia is 38% for adolescents in Urban areas and 37.7% in Suburban areas. However, this study used self-report instrument and cross-sectional method. Meanwhile, a more recent study showed that the prevalence of insomnia sufferers aged ≥19 years in Indonesia was 43.7%. Seeing these problems and realizing the opportunities that exist, aromatherapy candles are needed. Alternative medicine with the use of aroma therapy candles that are lit will produce a calming fragrance that can relieve stress. innovation in creative product activities through the manufacture of CANOILPURANUT (Aromatherapy Candles Purwaceng, Lemongrass and Coconut that are Environmentally Friendly) as a solution to work stress therapy that affects sleep patterns with treatment that is more concise and has no negative side effects to be used as a promising and sustainable business opportunity

Abstract

Tujuan - Penelitian ini Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Security dan Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) terhadap Purchase Decision dengan Trust sebagai variabel intervening pada pengguna Blibli di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas Sains Al-Quran (UNSIQ) Wonosobo. Metodologi – Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa aktif UNSIQ dan sampel diambil sebanyak 100 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS- SEM). Hasil penelitian – menunjukkan bahwa Security berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Trust (t = 8,213; p = 0,000) dan E-WOM juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Trust (t = 6,277; p = 0,000). Trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Purchase Decision (t = 6,134; p = 0,000), serta mampu memediasi pengaruh Security dan E- WOM terhadap Purchase Decision. Keterbatasan – Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner daring, sehingga memungkinkan adanya bias subjektivitas responden serta keterbatasan pemahaman terhadap pernyataan instrumen. Agenda Penelitian yang Akan Datang – diharapkan dapat memperluas cakupan dengan menambahkan variabel lain seperti brand awareness atau customer experience, serta menggunakan pendekatan longitudinal untuk melihat dinamika perubahan perilaku konsumen dari waktu ke waktu.
