Abstract

ABSTRAKKeterikatan anggota merupakan aspek penting pada komunitas Generasi Baru Indonesia wilayah Cirebon yang mana hal ini terkait dengan kontribusi dan juga keberlanjutan beasiswa untuk masing-masing individu yang merupakan anggota GenBI. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan guna mengetahui besarnya dampak yang diberikan budaya organisasi terhadap keterikatan dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap keterikatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dari sampel sebanyak 171 anggota dengan menggunakan kuesioner survei. SPSS digunakan untuk mengelola dan manganalisis data. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap keterikatan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan, pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap keterikatan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keterikatan. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pentingnya faktor budaya organisasi dan juga motivasi intrinsik dalam meningkatkan keterikatan pada anggota. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwasannya budaya organisasi dan motivasi intrinsik memiliki peranan penting bagi keterikatan anggota pada mahasiswa komunitas GenBI Cirebon.ABSTRACTMember engagement is an important aspect of the New Generation of Indonesia community in the Cirebon area, which is related to contributions and scholarship applications for each individual who is a member of GenBI. This study was conducted to determine the magnitude of the impact given by organizational culture on uncertainty and intrinsic motivation for continuity. This study uses quantitative methods and data collection from a sample of 171 members using a survey questionnaire. SPSS is used to manage and analyze data. The findings of this study indicate that the influence of organizational culture on a particular ecosystem has a significant positive effect, the influence of intrinsic motivation on a particular ecosystem has a significant positive effect on the ecosystem. Therefore, this study emphasizes the importance of organizational culture factors and intrinsic motivation in increasing the permanence of members. This shows that organizational culture and intrinsic motivation have an important role in the continuity of student members of the GenBI Cirebon community

Abstract

Member attachment plays an important role for individuals in the Generasi Baru Indonesia (GenBI) Cirebon community, because it is directly related to active participation and scholarship sustainability. This study was conducted to determine the magnitude of the impact of the organizational environment on attachment and intrinsic motivation on attachment. This study used quantitative methods and collected data from a sample of 75 members using a survey questionnaire. This study used SPSS to manage and analyze the data. The findings of this study indicate that the effect of organizational environment on attachment has a significant positive effect, the effect of intrinsic motivation on attachment has a significant positive effect on attachment. Therefore, this study confirms that the importance of organizational environment factors as well as intrinsic motivation in increasing member engagement. This shows that organizational environmental factors and intrinsic motivation play a significant role in shaping the attachment of GenBI Cirebon members.
