Abstract

Coronary heart disease is a condition of insufficient supply of blood and oxygen to the heart muscle. The most common cause of myocardial ischemia is atherosclerotic disease in one or more of the epicardial coronary arteries that is severe enough to cause inadequate blood flow and perfusion to the heart muscle supplied by the coronary arteries. The purpose of this study is to find out things that have to do with coronary heart disease in several regions of Indonesia for the period 2010 to 2021. This research method is an analytical research by synthesizing the results obtained from fourteen scientific research journals with a case control research design. The results of the research from fourteen journals analyzed showed that there were things that were related to coronary heart disease in several locations in Indonesia, namely there was a significant relationship between Diabetes Mellitus, obesity, smoking, hypertension, dyslipidemia, fa        mily history of coronary heart disease with hypertension. values <0.05. The conclusion of coronary heart disease in several locations in the territory of Indonesia for the period 2010 to 2021 there is a significant relationship with diabetes mellitus, obesity, smoking, hypertension, dyslipidemia, family history.

Abstract

Congenital abnormalities are also known as congenital defects or congenital disorders from birth. Congenital abnormalities are structural or functional changes that occur during the intrauterine period and can be identified before birth, at birth or detected later in life after the baby is born, such as hearing defects. The purpose of this study was to describe the distribution of risk factors for congenital abnormalities in newborns in several locations in Indonesia for the period 2009 to 2018. The research method used in this study was a Observasional descriptive method by describing the research results obtained from seven scientific research articles. The results of research from seven research journals obtained 207 research subjects at risk based on gestational age from a total of 492 research subjects, 288 research subjects at risk based on maternal age from a total of 640 research subjects, 74 research subjects at risk based on birth weight of a total of 220 research subjects, and 185 research subjects at risk based on gender from a total of 316 research subjects

Abstract

Noise induced hearing loss is hearing loss caused by exposure to noise that is quite loud for a long period of time and usually caused by the noise of the work environment. It’s deafness is sensorineural cochlear deafness and generally occurs in both ears. The purpose of this study was to find out things that have to do with noise induced hearing loss in workers in several locations in Indonesia. The research method is an analytical research by synthesizing the results obtained from ten scientific research journals with cross sectional design. The results of the ten studies analyzed showed that there are things that have a relationship with noise induced hearing loss in workers in several locations in Indonesia period of 2014 to 2021, namely there is a significant relationship between working period (p value 0.000), noise intensity (p value 0.000), use of hearing PPE (p value 0.000), hypertention (p value 0.005) and there was no significant relationship between age (p value 0.057) and diabetes mellitus (p value 0.330) on the incidence of noise induced hearing loss in workers. The conclusion is that the incidence of noise induced hearing loss in workers in several locations in Indonesia has a significant relationship with working period, noise intensity, use of hearing PPE and hypertention, and has no significant relationship with age and diabetes mellitus
