Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based inventory information system using the Reorder Point (ROP) method at PT. Rajawali Bahan Bangunan. By employing the Research and Development (R&D) research method and the Waterfall system development method, the system is designed to facilitate stock management, monitor minimum inventory levels, and support decision-making in reordering items. The system is built as a website to improve accessibility, featuring automatic reorder point calculations to optimize inventory management. The results of this study indicate that the designed system is effective in enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness in inventory management at PT. Rajawali Bahan Bangunan.

Abstract

Accelerating digitalization in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector is a major urgency in maintaining business resilience in the era of industry 4.0, but many traditional retail businesses still face data management constraints due to conventional administrative systems. This research and community service activity aims to transform operational governance at Toko Nuansa Wangi Bogor through the implementation of a website-based Administrative Information System. The main problems identified include inefficiency in inventory recording, the risk of financial data redundancy, and the difficulty of real-time transaction monitoring. The system development method uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach with Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. The system is built using the Laravel framework with a Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture to ensure scalability and data security. The results show that the implementation of this system successfully increased the efficiency of administrative data processing by 85% and provided automatic inventory accuracy. A significant impact achieved is the creation of more transparent, systematic, and accountable business governance for store managers in making data-driven business decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a prototype warning home door access system based on the internet of things using 1 nodemcu the brain of the system, buzer as a sound conductor, magnetic reed switch and 1 esp 32 cam as the brain of the camera system. The system development method uses Prototype and the system development model also uses prototype. System testing is done through black-box testing. Data collection techniques in this study using observation and literature study. The results showed that the prototype warning system for home door access based on the internet of things (iot) using the esp8266 microcontroller and esp 32 cam with telegram notification is expected to be able to provide early warning in real time when the door of the house is entered by the thief.

Abstract

Sistem informasi stok barang merupakan sistem untuk mengetahui persediaan stok barang pada suatutempat. Sistem informasi stok barang sudah banyak digunakan atau dikembangkan pada perusahaan atautoko-toko kecil maupun besar dengan berbagai macam teknologi dan sistem. Permasalahan pada toko Mayraini adalah belum tersedianya sistem informasi stok barang sehingga belum bisa mengontrol stok barang yantersedia. Oleh karena itu, pada skripsi ini akan dibangun sistem informasi stok barang yang berbasis web,sehingga informasi tentang persediaan stok barang dapat diketahui secara jelas dan terperinci. Sisteminformasi stok barang ini akan diterapkan menggunakan sistem online berbasis web Metodepengembangan sistem pada aplikasi inii menggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari empat tahapan.Adapun tahapan tersebut yaitu perencanaan sistem (system planning), analisis sistem (SystemAnalysis), desain sistem (System design) dan implementasi sistem (System implementation). Aplikasi inidibangun dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP, DataBase MySQL. Dan metodependokumentasian sistem yang penulis gunakan adalah Unified Modelling Language (UML). Sisteminformasi stok barang ini dapat dimanfaatkan dengan beberapa fasilitas yang disediakan melalui web.Berdasarkan konsep dan perancangan, dapat disimpulkan telah dibangun “Aplikasi sistem informasi stokbarang pada toko mayra berbasis website” untuk membantu admin dan pegawai dalam sistem informasi stokbarang. Dalam aplikasi ini admin dapat mengetahui data barang, data barang masuk, data barang keluar.Admin dan pegawai dapat beriteraksi dengan aplikasi ini sesuai dengan informasi yang dibutuhkan melaluimenu yang tersedia.

Abstract

An efficient and well-organized information system is a crucial component in school asset management to enhance the effectiveness of asset management and maintenance. This study aims to design and implement an asset information system at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Sirojul Athfal using the CodeIgniter 3.0 framework. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and literature reviews to understand user needs and business processes related to school asset management. The resulting information system includes features such as inventory management, asset tracking, maintenance reporting, and user management. Testing demonstrated that this system effectively assists MTs Sirojul Athfal in managing assets more efficiently and systematically.
