Abstract

The evolution of technology has encouraged companies to use digital marketing strategies as the main way to reach consumers more broadly. Instagram is among the best successful social media networks in Indonesia, with total of 191 million active users in 2024. The purpose of this study is to assess how digital marketing strategy has through Instagram social media to strategy digital marketing and buying decesion. This research using a quantitative approach utilisting the purposive sampling method. This research sample involved 100 respondent from active Instagram social media users aged 18-39 years, domiciled in DKI Jakarta and had purchased products from Kopi Kenangan. In this research, Kopi Kenangan’s digital marketing strategy is proven to be effective in attracting consumer attention with a determination value of 46,4%, with other factors influencing the remaining 53,6%. This shows that content creativity, consistency of content uploads, and collaboration with influencers have a significant in consumer purchasing decisions. This research provides insinght that implementing a digital marketing strategy through effective Instagram social media can be success in building Kopi Kenangan strategi digital marketing. Perkembangan teknologi telah mendorong perusahaan untuk menggunakan strategi digital marketing sebagai cara utama dalam menjangkau konsumen secara lebih luas lagi. Instagram telah berkembang menjadi salah satu platform media sosial yang sangat sukses di Indonesia, dengan total pengguna aktif sebanyak 191 juta di tahun 2024. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi strategi pemasaran digital yang telah diterapkan oleh brand Kopi Kenangan melalui media sosial Instagram untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran digital dan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel purposive melibatkan 100 responden dari pengguna aktif media sosial Instagram yang berusia 18-39 tahun, berdomisili di DKI Jakarta dan pernah membeli produk dari Kopi kenangan. Pada penelitian ini pemasaran digital Kopi Kenangan terbukti efektif dalam menarik perhatian konsumen dengan nilai determinasi ini menunjukkan bahwa 46,4% dari total dipengaruhi, sedangkan 53,6% terakhir dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hal tersebut menunjukan kreativitas konten, konsistensi unggahan konten, serta kerja sama dengan influencer memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bahwa penerapan strategi digital marketing melalui media sosial Instagram yang efektif bisa menjadi keberhasilan dalam strategi digital marketing Kopi Kenangan.

Abstract

Having the courage to immediately take action is not easy, community development activities through institutions are focused on efforts to help lower class people who have an interest and desire to work together in groups, identify needs, and carry out joint activities to meet their needs. The issue of many young people getting a decent education, not knowing basic knowledge, prompted this Community Service Activity (PKM) by implementing it from the end of early September to the beginning of October to choose to teach at the Alternative School for Street Children (SAAJA), aiming to help and increase young generation and receive proper education for all groups. PKM activities are carried out using fun methods starting from group gymnastics, coloring, learning the alphabet, demonstrating animal sounds and movements, going into the field to play to get to know the environment and plants more deeply, holding competitions in groups so that younger siblings understand the importance of cooperation and thinking. The method presented is more interesting than usual so that children stay focused and participate in learning with a happy heart. The method used is proven to bring changes to the younger siblings who are taught, starting from attitudes and behavior that are more ambitious, younger siblings who respond more well and are curious about things around them.
