Abstract

This study analyzes how Asafi Tour Kota Bengkulu's marketing strategy through partnership networks and its influence on the target market. This study focuses on the marketing and partnership aspects in Asafi Tour Kota Bengkulu travel. The purpose of the study was to determine the provisions of partnership (partners) in collaboration with Asafi Tour Kota Bengkulu travel in increasing the number of pilgrims and the marketing strategies carried out by Partners to increase the number of pilgrims. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the agreed partnership provisions are stated in the Company's SOP and include the use of ID cards, timestamp photos, closing targets, promotions on social media, and work progress reports. The marketing strategies used by Asafi Tour Partners include a proactive approach such as building good relationships with religious and community leaders, providing quality Umrah packages, utilizing social media, and participating in religious study activities. This study concludes that clear and structured partnership provisions, as well as appropriate and integrated marketing strategies, help Asafi Tour Bengkulu increase credibility and expand its market reach. Comprehensive marketing analysis, including market analysis, competitors, potential partners, and financial analysis, is the key to the success of an Umrah travel partnership.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity, conducted through a Service Learning and Face-to-Face approach, aimed to enhance students’ financial literacy, particularly regarding the importance of loving, being proud of, and understanding the Rupiah as a symbol of national sovereignty. Held from January 10 to May 5, 2025, the program targeted 68 student council (OSIS) members as agents of change by implementing CBP values in a participatory and practical manner. The main issue addressed was the limited access to financial education due to the geographical and administrative challenges faced by Empat Lawang Regency, located at the far edge of South Sumatra Province and geographically closer to Bengkulu, resulting in insufficient outreach from Bank Indonesia. To overcome this, the implementer conducted intensive coordination with the school principal and teachers, and directly engaged students through simulations and interactive discussions. The results showed a significant increase in students' understanding based on pre- and post-tests. A total budget of Rp329,000 was efficiently utilized to support the program, including educational materials, banners, and door prizes. Recommendations for future service activities include expanding the target audience to all students, diversifying educational media, and establishing broader collaborations with financial institutions to enhance the long-term impact of financial literacy. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab dua masalah utama, yaitu mekanisme pembiayaan KPR Sejahtera BTN iB dengan akad murabahah serta implementasi manajemen risiko pada pembiayaan tersebut di BTN KC Syariah Bengkulu. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembiayaan dari tahap pengajuan hingga akad serta mengidentifikasi bentuk risiko yang muncul dan bagaimana strategi mitigasi diterpakan oleh pihak bank. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta melibatkan informasi dari pihak pegawai bank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiyaan KPR Sejahtera BTN iB telah sesuai prinsip syariah, dengan akad murabahah yang transparan dan memberikan kepastian harga. BTN Syariah Bengkulu menghadapi berbagai risiko antara lain risiko kredit, likuiditas, operasional, hukum, strategi, reputasi, dan kepatuhan, dengan risiko paling dominan yaitu risiko kredit. Mitigasi dilakukan melalui analisis 5C, minotoring angsuran, asuransi, restrukturisasi, serta kebijakan sesusai regulasi OJK, BI, dan DSN-MUI. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya manajemen risiko yang efektif untuk menjaga stabilitas pembiayaan perumahan bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of providing rewards and punishment on the performance of Muslim employees from an Islamic business perspective at PT. Honda Bintang Motor Gading Cempaka Bengkulu City. Employee performance is an important factor in the company's success, so an effective human resource management strategy is needed, one of which is through implementing a reward and punishment system that is in accordance with the principles of justice and Islamic ethics. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quantitative descriptive research type. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 30 employees as respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25 program. The research results showed that partially rewards had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as did punishment which also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, reward and punishment have a significant effect on the performance of Muslim employees. The coefficient of determination value shows that reward and punishment are able to explain 65% of the variation in employee performance, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings show that implementing rewards and punishment that are fair, proportional and in accordance with Islamic business values ​​can improve employee performance optimally.
