<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban klaim dan beban usaha terhadap profitabilitas pada PT Jamkrindo. Objek penelitian adalah PT Jamkrindo. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah model analisis deskriptif dan model analisis Return On Assets (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel biaya klaim berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan variabel kedua yaitu variabel biaya operasional juga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Pada penelitian ini variabel biaya klaim dan variabel biaya operasional berfluktuasi (naik dan turun) setiap tahunnya dari tahun 2015-2019. Sehingga kedua beban tersebut berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas PT Jamkrindo. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of claims expense an operating expense on profitability at PT Jamkrindo.The object of research is PT Jamkrindo . The analytical tools used are descriptive analysis models and Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) analysis models. The results showed that the claim expense variable had a negative and significant effect on profitability, while the second variable, namely the operating expense variable, also had a negative and significant effect on profitability. In this study, the claim expense variable and the operating expense variable fluctuated (increase and decrease) every year from 2015-2019.
