<![CDATA[Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT Makassar Bintang Lestari. Objek penelitian adalah PT Makassar Bintang Lestari. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah model analisis deskriptif dan model analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel indikator berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai; Variabel Pengetahuan (X1), Keterampilan (X2), Sikap (X3), Sifat (X4) dimana nilai t_hitung adalah 6,971>t_tabel 2,010 dan signifikansinya adalah 0,000<0,05 untuk variabel (X1) kemudian untuk variabel (X2) t_hitung>t_tabel 2,010 dan nilai signifikansi 0,038>0,05 dan terakhir (X3) t_hitung 3,242>t_tabel 2,010 dan signifikansi 0,000<0,05. Sehingga ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Makassar Bintang Lestari. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of competence on employee productivity at PT Makassar Bintang Lestari. The object of research is PT Makassar Bintang Lestari. The analytical tools used are descriptive analysis models and multiple linear analysis models. The results showed that the three indicator variables had a partial effect on employee productivity; Knowledge variables (X1), Skills (X2), Attitudes (X3), Traits (X4) where the value of t_count is 6,971>t_table 2,010 and the significance is 0.000<0.05 for the variable (X1) then for the variable (X2) t_count>t_table 2.010 and a significance value of 0.038>0.05 and the last one (X3) t_count 3,242>t_table 2,010 and significant 0.000<0.05. So that the three variables have an influence on employee productivity at PT Makassar Bintang Lestari.]]>
