ABSTRAK Anemia pada kehamilan merupakan anemia yang terjadi pada ibu hamil dengan kadar hemoglobin 11, 0 gram/ dL. Pergantian fisiologis sepanjang kehamilan, melalui kenaikan volume plasma yang lebih besar dibanding kenaikan sel darah merah, menimbulkan hemodilusi sehingga berisiko terjadi anemia. Komplikasi anemia dalam kehamilan bisa tingkatkan resiko morbiditas serta mortalitas ibu dan bayi , diantaranya abortus, persalinan prematur, Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR), sampai kematian ibu sepanjang ataupun setelah persalinan. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu memberikan edukasi ibu hamil dengan anemia tentang pemanfaatan jagung serta ubi ungu dalam bentuk cookies sebagai terapi komplementer/ pengobatan pendamping. Program ini dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kampeonaho, Kota Baubau pada bulan Juni 2025 dengan sasaran 20 ibu hamil dengan anemia. Metode yang digunakan yaitu melalui penyuluhan serta menggunakan Pre-Test serta melalui kuesioner. Hasil pengabdian menunjukan bahwa kenaikan rerata pengetahuan partisipan dari 1, 40 ( Pre-Test) menjadi 1, 80 (Post-Test). Uji statistik menunjukan peningkatan signifikan antara pengetahuan saat sebelum serta sehabis penyuluhan (P-Value= 0,02 0,05. Kesimpulan:Terdapat pengaruh signifikan penyuluhan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil anemia tentang pemanfaatan jagung serta ubi ungu sebagai terapi komplementer dalam penanganan anemia dalam kehamilan. Physiological changes throughout pregnancy, through an increase in plasma volume greater than the increase in red blood cells, cause hemodilution so that the risk of anemia occurs. Complications of anemia in pregnancy can increase the risk of maternal and infant morbidity and mortality, including abortion, premature delivery, Low Birth Weight (LBW), to maternal death during or after delivery. The purpose of this community service is to provide education to pregnant women with anemia about the use of corn and purple sweet potatoes in the form of cookies as complementary therapy/accompanying treatment. This program was implemented in the work area of the Kampeonaho Health Center, Baubau City in June 2025 with a target of 20 pregnant women with anemia. The method used was through counseling and using Pre-Test and through questionnaires. The results of the community service showed an increase in the average knowledge of participants from 1.40 (Pre-Test) to 1.80 (Post-Test). Statistical tests showed a significant increase in knowledge before and after counseling (P-Value = 0.02 0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant influence of counseling on increasing the knowledge of pregnant women with anemia regarding the use of corn and purple sweet potatoes as complementary therapy in treating anemia during pregnancy.
