Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the case study method in improving students' critical thinking skills and enthusiasm in the Financial Management course in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Garut. The case study method is used in three learning cycles to evaluate students' ability to identify problems, analyze problems, seek information, draw conclusions, and present the results of their analysis in front of the class. The results of the study show that the application of the case study method is able to improve students' critical thinking skills, especially in topics such as cash flow management, financial statement analysis, investment decisions, and financial planning. In addition, the level of student enthusiasm has also increased significantly, which is reflected in their response, interest, and active participation during lectures. The role of lecturers as motivators, facilitators, and evaluators has proven to be effective in creating an interactive and conducive learning atmosphere. These findings make an important contribution to the development of more relevant and participatory learning methods in the field of financial management.

Abstract

Pariwisata berkelanjutan menekankan keseimbangan antara pertumbuhan industri wisata dan pelestarian lingkungan serta kesejahteraan sosial ekonomi masyarakat lokal. Penerapan branding destinasi yang berkelanjutan kini menjadi semakin krusial seiring meningkatnya kesadaran akan dampak negatif pariwisata massal. Penelitian ini mengkaji integrasi teknologi Augmented Reality (AR), pemasaran melalui influencer, dan partisipasi komunitas lokal sebagai strategi inovatif dalam mempromosikan destinasi wisata secara berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi pustaka dan studi kasus lapangan terbatas pada destinasi di Indonesia. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan AR mampu meningkatkan pengalaman wisatawan dan edukasi lingkungan secara immersive, pemasaran melalui influencer efektif menjangkau audiens luas dan dapat menyebarkan pesan pariwisata ramah lingkungan, sementara partisipasi komunitas lokal berperan vital dalam menjaga keaslian dan keberlanjutan destinasi. Integrasi ketiga pendekatan tersebut dapat saling melengkapi: teknologi AR menciptakan daya tarik inovatif, influencer memperluas jangkauan promosi dengan sentuhan personal, dan komunitas lokal memastikan bahwa pengembangan pariwisata sejalan dengan kearifan lokal serta keberlanjutan jangka panjang. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kerangka strategis bagi pemangku kepentingan pariwisata dalam merancang branding destinasi berkelanjutan di era digital.
