Abstract

This study aims to determine the etiquette of teachers and teachers contained in the book of Adab al-Alim wa al-Muta'allim by K.H. M. Hasyim Asya'ari. This research is a qualitative research with a literature review approach. K.H. M. Hasyim Asya'ari gave a clear explanation of some concepts of etiquette that need to be applied by teachers and students, so that teacher and student relationships will be created who have noble, polite manners, of course in accordance with the guidance of the Qur'an. In collecting data in this study, namely by searching, collecting, reading and analyzing books that are relevant to the research problem, then processed according to the ability of the author. The findings show that the concept of adab in learning which was initiated by K.H. M. Hasyim Asya'ari. In this, there are several concepts, including the etiquette of a teacher when teaching, or the manners of a student when studying.

Abstract

ABSTRACT             The concept of Islamic education in the family according to Dr. Moh. Haitam Salim. Bogor thesis: The concept of Islamic education in the family according to Dr. Moh. Haitami Salim is the title of an independent research that the author conducted with the aim of knowing how the concept of Islamic education in the family, in particular the role of parents in the formation of the personal character of the child. Islamic education is a means of developing knowledge to improve human understanding which includes aspects of faith, worship, morals and others, the teaching and familiarization of praiseworthy attitudes, as well as skills in practice and realization of religious teachings so that humans are able to have strong morals. which are commendable and beneficial to society. In this case, the Islamic education learned in formal education is not enough, because the learning hours in schools are very limited, so in addition to Islamic education in schools, it is necessary to inculcate in the family environment, because the development of the child is the most influential. are family or relatives.   The method used in this study uses the library method of study, namely the means and efforts to obtain and test the truth of knowledge from various references according to primary sources. From the different stages of research, it can be concluded that Islamic education in the family is very urgent. The role of parents in informal education is an obligation difficult to deny and give up. Because the most important influence in raising a child since birth may depend on the parenting style of his or her parents. Therefore, the role of parents in education is necessary, especially in the development of character education, where a child must have good character and personality to become a nation of character, of noble character, of responsibility and discipline towards the environment, especially in the educational environment. and society. Abstract

The quality of teacher service is very important in educational organizations to achieve the stated goals. Early childhood education is very important, fundamental, and strategic in building human resources and preparing a qualified generation of the nation, so it must be implemented as well as possible. Kindergarten teachers must be well prepared in order to provide quality services. Based on the above background, this study aims to look at and find efforts and strategies that can be used to improve the quality of teacher services through strengthening professional competence, personality, and job satisfaction for Kindergarten teachers in Bogor City. This research uses correlational research method, the research is conducted using quantitative methods and data collection is carried out through a questionnaire. then explained by statistical analysis and analyzed by regression analysis. The study population was 298 private Kindergarten teachers with A accreditation in Bogor City. The research sample of 171 respondents was determined by the Slovin formula, selected using proportional random sampling method. The results of quantitative research found that professional competence that emphasizes the ability to develop teaching materials, learning approaches, and developing teaching materials can improve teacher quality. Personality that emphasizes awareness, friendliness, emotional stability, openness to experience, extraversion can improve the quality of teacher services. Job satisfaction that emphasizes salary, employment, promotion opportunities, supervisors, colleagues can improve the quality of teacher service. Based on this research, the stronger the professional service competence, personality, and job satisfaction, the higher the teacher quality. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between professional competence and the quality of teacher services with the coefficient of determination r2y1 = 0.417. There is a positive and significant relationship between personality and service quality with the coefficient of determination r2y2 = 0.515. There is a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and service quality with the coefficient of determination r2y3 = 0.463. This shows that the quality of teacher services can be improved by increasing professional competence, personality, and job satisfaction. The results of the SITOREM analysis on professional competence, personality, job satisfaction and teacher service quality show that there are indicators that are priority to be improved, namely: emotional stability, agreeableness, extraversion, pay, job, promotion opportunities, supervisors, designing learning approaches, developing teaching materials, develop professionalism, responsiveness. The indicators that need to be maintained are: openness to experience, conscientiousness, co-workers, reliability, tangibles, assurance, and empathy

Abstract

This writing is motivated by a problem that has become a criticism of Islamic Religious Education on the basis of failure in freeing students from a number of intolerant behaviors. These diversity. So that this study is intended to find out that Madrasah Aliyah Sirojul Falah as a representative of Islamic Religius Education has a form of integration of the principles of the Medina Charter as a representive of Islamic teaching that are rich in diversity and tolerance. This study use a type of literature study and field observation research with a qualitative descriptive approach. In collecting data, the researcher used documentation, interview, and observation methods consisting of primary sources, namely the curriculum of Madrasah Aliyah Sirojul Falah and secondary sources, namely the book Sirah Nabawiyah by Ibn Hisyam and other supporting books related to the discussion. This data analysis used includes data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. This results of the study show that the principles of the Medina Charter consisting of nationality, unity, equality, freedom, and mussyawarah in factual conditions are integrated into the curriculum of Madrasah Aliyah Sirojul Falah through three forms; 1) Forms of learning; 2) Forms of activities outside of learning; 3) Extracurricular forms.
