Teacher performance is the success of teachers in implementing quality teaching and learning activities, including loyalty and high commitment to teaching tasks, mastering and developing methods, mastering learning materials and using learning resources, being responsible for monitoring teaching and learning outcomes, teaching discipline and other tasks. , creativity in implementing teaching, interacting with students to generate motivation, good personality, honesty and objectivity in guiding students, able to think systematically about what they do, and understanding in teaching administration. This research was conducted at SMP Man Ana, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of authentic leadership on teacher performance at SMP Man Ana, Pamijahan District, Bogor. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The sample used was 20 teachers. The sampling method used in this study is the saturated sample method. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that authentic leadership has a positive effect on teacher performance. This shows that the stronger the effect of authentic leadership by the principal, the higher the performance produced by the teacher. Therefore, to improve teacher performance, it is expected that there will be an increase in the authentic leadership indicators of school principals.

The reality that is happening in the world globally today is experiencing turbulence, so the impact is that many things are changing rapidly (volatality), uncertainty (uncertainty), complex (complexity) and often confusing (ambiguity). Today we see the emergence of strange phenomena that we never imagined would be present before, namely changes that are visible and very significant affect the way of life and the mindset of humans as a whole. The current global education world is facing the so-called technology and information gap between digital immigrants (old teachers who learn technology) and digital natives (students who enjoy and use technology), while there are still teachers who are currently quite stuttering in dealing with students or students who speak technology. These old teachers often find it difficult to change the teaching and learning paradigm, find it difficult to adjust to the latest trends in teaching and digital-based learning media that are developing fast, feel threatened by technology, and feel confused to change. Ideally, teachers should be willing and able to change their mindset, they are old and will soon retire. Teachers must be willing to be open to changing times because teachers are real lifelong learners. Teachers are role models and agents of life change. Creativity is the ability to think about things in new and unusual ways and give birth to something unique, or create something original. Plasticine is a material that is made of flexible and can be shaped as desired. This study aims to increase early childhood creativity through playing plasticine. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each stage, namely Planning, Implementation, Observation and Reflection. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, field notes. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Subjects in this study were group B with a total of 14 children consisting of 9 boys and 5 girls. The results showed that the creativity of children increased, namely from the pre-cycle the number of undeveloped children decreased from 12 children to 0 (85.7%) in cycles I and II, then children who began to develop from pre-cycle 2 children (14 , 3%) to 9 children (64.3%) in cycle I and to 0 in cycle II. Children who developed as expected from pre-cycle from none to 5 children (35.7%) in cycle I and 3 children (21.4%) in cycle 2. Children who developed very well in pre-cycle and cycle I did not there were 11 children (78.65%). These results indicate that playing plasticine can increase the creativity of early childhood in RA Ibnu Sina, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency.

Service quality is the quality of interaction between one person and another by promoting customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of principal managerial competence and the work environment on the services quality during the pandemic period in SMK Cendikia Muslim Nanggung. This research was conducted at SMK Cendikia Muslim Nanggung. The number of samples taken was 39 teachers, with a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sample technique. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with a survey method, the data collection technique used is a non-test in the form of a questionnaire with 5 (five) alternative answers. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the principal managerial competence and work environment simultaneously or collectively had a positive effect on service quality. This shows that the stronger the influence of the principal managerial competence and the work environment together, the resulting service quality will increase.

This study aims to determine the etiquette of teachers and teachers contained in the book of Adab al-Alim wa al-Muta'allim by K.H. M. Hasyim Asya'ari. This research is a qualitative research with a literature review approach. K.H. M. Hasyim Asya'ari gave a clear explanation of some concepts of etiquette that need to be applied by teachers and students, so that teacher and student relationships will be created who have noble, polite manners, of course in accordance with the guidance of the Qur'an. In collecting data in this study, namely by searching, collecting, reading and analyzing books that are relevant to the research problem, then processed according to the ability of the author. The findings show that the concept of adab in learning which was initiated by K.H. M. Hasyim Asya'ari. In this, there are several concepts, including the etiquette of a teacher when teaching, or the manners of a student when studying.

The method used is a quantitative method. This method is used to determine whether there is an effect of online learning with the Google Classroom application on students' interest in learning at SMP Plus Muda Prakarya. The research instrument used to obtain data is by using product moment correlation analysis. The variable studied in this study is the effect of Online Learning (X) on Students' Interest in Learning (Y). Based on the product moment analysis, the value of "r" count = 0.299. By examining the table for the value of "r" product moment, it turns out that for dk = N-2 = 28-2 = 26 at a significant level of 5%, we get "r" table = 0.388 and at a significant level of 1%, we get "r' table = 0.496. Then it can be concluded that "r" count = 0.299 < "r" table = 0.496. In accordance with the provisions of "if "r" count is smaller than "r" table, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. But on the other hand, if the "r" count is greater than the "r" table, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected". Thus, it means that there is no significant effect between online learning on student interest in learning at SMP Plus Muda Prakarya. Then by paying attention to the "r" count = 0.299 in the interpretation table the data is between 0.20 - 0.399 which means that there is no correlation between X and Y variables, even "Low". From the calculation of KD (Coefficient of Determination) it can be concluded that the influence between Variable X (Learning Online) and Variable Y (Students' Interest in Learning) only reaches 8.29%. Thus, there are other factors that affect student learning interest, which is 91.71%. Based on the results of the analysis above through this research, it can be concluded that there is no real influence between online learning on the learning interest of students in SMP Plus Muda Prakarya. The purpose of this study is to assess and investigate how accounting systems might improve management performance evaluation. The focus of this investigation is Hasanah Cafe. is a company involved in the trade of goods related to food and drink. Qualitative methods were employed in the inquiry. To characterize objects precisely as they are, researchers employ a descriptive analysis methodology. Budgets have been created using bottom-up budgeting, however neither responsibility center codes nor a distinction between controlled and uncontrollable expenditures have been made. The discussion's findings demonstrate that when the budget is created using the accountability accounting approach, the responsibility center manager is only expected to be accountable for costs that can be managed. The aggregate difference between the predicted and realized costs shows that the commercial food and beverage business' performance evaluation was successfully completed. The results demonstrate that by creating a responsible accounting system, management may more readily evaluate performance from lowest to highest rating. Accountability accounting may be thought of as useful if budgets are used and met in accordance with predefined standards. This study aims to find out how to understand da'wah messages through radio and television. Understanding the message of da'wah is knowing what the Da'i conveys in oral, written, behavioral and so on is done consciously and planned without any coercion based on the Al-Qur'an and hadith. The message of da'wah is Aqidah, morals and Shari'at. With various kinds of da'wah messages that the da'I wants to convey to mad'u. then a da'I must know in advance what is needed by mad'u at this time. so mad'u also listens and can understand the missionary message conveyed by the da'i. In terms of the language conveyed, Dai also pays attention. Now a preacher must also be good at mastering this media, so he knows how to preach on radio and television so that the message of da'wah is right on target.
