Abstract

This research aims to find out what are the backgrounds of bulliying, law enforcement for perpetrators, protection for victims and how to find solutions so that bulliying cases do not mushroom in places that should be a place of knowledge. The research method used is normative research method using regulatory approach. Legal protection for victims of bullying crimes is regulated in Article 76C of the Child Protection Law No. 35 of 2014. This article contains content that prohibits violence against children. Legal protection against the perpetrators of bullying, where the perpetrator also has rights that are his rights, protection can be achieved by prioritizing differences in efforts to overcome the problem of bullying and by overriding criminal penalties, if diversion does not find an agreement, then specifically the perpetrators of child crimes are tried taking into account the principles contained in Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Justice System. Crime prevention efforts can be divided into penal prevention (criminal law) and non eanal prevention (other than criminal law).

Abstract

Essential oil of lemongrass has a high economic value as a raw material for the perfume, cosmetics, and aromatherapy industries. The efficiency of the steam distillation process greatly depends on the performance of the condenser in converting the vapor of essential oil into a liquid phase. To determine the effectiveness value of the condenser in the essential oil distillation system that affects the yield of the produced oil, a condenser test was conducted in the essential oil distillation system located in Banjarnegara, Central Java. From the test results, this research aims to analyze the influence of the condenser design and operational parameters on the yield and quality of lemongrass essential oil. The effectiveness measurement of the condenser located in Kilang 1, Banjarnegara, Central Java, with a boiler capacity of 1 ton and a tube length of 36 meters, resulted in an effectiveness of 67%. In the distillation process with a capacity of 1 ton and a tube length of 36 meters, essential oil was obtained amounting to 7 kg, with a yield of 7%. Meanwhile, in measuring the effectiveness of the condenser located at the 2nd refinery in Banjarnegara, Central Java, with a kettle capacity of 1 ton and a tube length of 56 meters, an effectiveness of 78% was achieved. In the distillation process with a capacity of 1 ton and a tube length of 56 meters, essential oil amounting to 10 kg was also obtained, with a yield of 1%. English VersionThis study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, and marketing strategy on customer satisfaction at the Strawberry Barn, Batu City, either partially or simultaneously. The approach used in this research is quantitative method. The sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling. The main data source in this study using a questionnaire. To answer the research objectives using multiple linear regression data analysis. The results obtained in this study prove that product quality, price, and marketing strategy have a positive and significant influence either partially or simultaneously on customer satisfaction at the Strawberry Barn, Batu City. For this reason, these conditions must be maintained and improved so that customer satisfaction is maintained so as to create loyalty to customers Indo Version Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka menganalisis pengaruh dari kualitas produk, harga, dan strategi pemasaran terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Lumbung Stroberi Kota Batu baik parsial maupun simultan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Non probability Sampling. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian menggunakan a nalisis data regresi linier berganda. Hasil yang diperol eh pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas produk, harga, dan Strategi Pemasaran mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Lumbung Stroberi Kota Batu. Untuk itu kondisi tersebut haru s dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan agar kepuasan pelanggan tetap terjaga sehingga mampu menciptakan loyalitas terhadap pelanggan
