Abstract

Anak yang dirawat di Rumah Sakit akan mengalami gangguan tidur yang berbeda- beda, karena harus berpisah dari lingkungan yang dirasakannya aman, penuh kasih sayang, dan menyenangkan seperti lingkungan rumah, permainan dan teman sepermainan. Gangguan tidur merupakan masalah yang sering muncul pada populasi anak usia sekolah yang menjalani hospitalisasi. Pemenuhan kebutuhan istirahat dan tidur penting untuk mendapatkan energy demi memulihkan status kesehatan. Terapi Sleep Hygiene sebagai salah satu terapi non-farmakologis gangguan tidur mempromosikan pembentukan rutinitas tidur, pola tidur yang baik dan tidur berkualitas. Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi Sleep Hygiene terhadap gangguan tidur terhadap anak usia sekolah yang menjalani hospitalisas Metode Penelitian Desain evidence base nurse (EBN) yang digunakan adalah Quasy Experiment khususnya pretest-posttest design. Yaitu dengan melakukan observasi sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi dengan kelompok kontrol. Jumlah sampel 8 pasien dibagi 4 kelompok Intervensi  yang diberikan terapi Sleep Hygiene, diberikan sehari sekali, selama 3 hari, kurang lebih 15 menit. Hasil penelitian studi kasus dengan terapi Sleep Hygiene memberikan pengaruh yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat gangguan tidur pada anak usia sekolah yang sedang berada di Rumah Sakit.

Abstract

Female students who are menstruating frequently complain about pain, commonly known as dysmenorrhea. Dysmenorrhea cases in each country exceed 50%, with Indonesia having an average of 64.25%. Dysmenorrhea can be caused by a variety of reasons, including nutritional deficiencies, irregular menstrual cycles, menarche before the age of 12, heavy monthly flow, and smoking. Preliminary tests on 10 students at SMK PGRI 37 Jakarta revealed that five of them had severe dysmenorrhea. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between Body Mass Index (BMI) and the incidence of dysmenorrhea in female students at SMK PGRI 37 Jakarta. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. Sampling was conducted using the total sampling technique, with 58 female student respondents. The results showed that there was a relationship between Body Mass Index (BMI) and the incidence of dysmenorrhea in female students of SMK PGRI 37 Jakarta with a value of (P-value = 0.015). Based on these results, it can be concluded that abnormal BMI in female students impacts the severity of dysmenorrhea, so it is critical to eat nutritious foods and keep BMI within normal ranges.

Abstract

Adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood. A person who has entered the adolescent age group, namely 10-19 years old, will experience puberty, rapid growth and development called Growth Spurt, physical, mental, psychological changes, reproductive organ maturity and have vulnerable behaviors that may include behaviors such as becoming addicted to alcohol, drugs and negative sexual behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between early puberty and sexual behavior in adolescent students in grades XI and XII at SMK X Jakarta. This study was quantitative, conducted by cross-sectional method using correlation analysis as a research design. The population of this study were students in grades XI and XII of SMK X Jakarta, there were 157 students. Sampling used simple random sampling, namely 61 students. Data collection used a questionnaire analyzed by the Person Chi-Square test. The results of this study using Chi-Square obtained a p value of 0.016 ≤ 0.05, which means it shows a significant relationship between the age of early puberty and sexual behavior in adolescent students at SMK X South Jakarta. Based on the results it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the age of puberty and sexual behavior in adolescent students at SMK X South Jakarta (p value = 0.016 ≤ 0.05).
