Abstract

Persalinan merupakan proses alami yang sering disertai nyeri hebat, memicu kecemasan dan ketakutan pada ibu. Penatalaksanaan nyeri dapat dilakukan dengan metode farmakologis dan nonfarmakologis. Studi ini bertujuan meninjau efektivitas terapi nonfarmakologis dalam mengurangi nyeri persalinan melalui tinjauan pustaka terhadap 10 artikel dari Google Scholar dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa teknik pernapasan, relaksasi, pijat, akupresur, aromaterapi, birth ball, yoga, serta kompres hangat dan dingin terbukti efektif menurunkan nyeri. Teknik pernapasan dan relaksasi paling umum digunakan karena membantu ibu tetap tenang dan meningkatkan pelepasan endorfin sebagai analgesik alami. Faktor lingkungan, seperti suasana ruang bersalin dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan, juga berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas terapi. Penerapan terapi nonfarmakologis memberikan solusi aman, minim efek samping, serta meningkatkan kenyamanan psikologis ibu bersalin. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman lebih lanjut serta pelatihan bagi tenaga medis diperlukan guna memastikan implementasi optimal dalam praktik kebidanan.

Abstract

Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) pada ibu hamil masih menjadi masalah gizi utama di Indonesia dan berdampak pada komplikasi kehamilan serta meningkatkan risiko stres oksidatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pemberian biskuit makanan tambahan terhadap kadar malondialdehyde (MDA) pada ibu hamil KEK yang mendapatkan tablet tambah darah. Desain penelitian menggunakan true experiment dengan pendekatan pretest–posttest control group pada 40 ibu hamil KEK yang dibagi secara acak ke dalam kelompok intervensi (20 orang, menerima biskuit + tablet tambah darah) dan kelompok kontrol (20 orang, hanya menerima tablet tambah darah). Intervensi dilakukan selama 12 minggu, dengan pengukuran asupan gizi melalui food recall serta analisis kadar MDA menggunakan metode ELISA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok intervensi mengalami peningkatan signifikan pada asupan karbohidrat (299,65 ± 30,90 g vs. 265,31 ± 38,19 g), protein (72,99 ± 2,59 g vs. 66,44 g), dan lemak (69,66 ± 2,29 g vs. 61,44 ± 6,70 g) dibandingkan kontrol. Rerata kadar MDA pada kelompok intervensi menurun signifikan dari 23,25 ± 3,21 nmol/mL menjadi 17,72 ± 4,02 nmol/mL (p = 0,000), sedangkan kelompok kontrol mengalami penurunan tidak signifikan (21,92 ± 2,09 nmol/mL menjadi 20,05 ± 3,58 nmol/mL; p = 0,060). Perbedaan selisih penurunan antar kelompok bermakna (p = 0,012). Kesimpulan, kombinasi biskuit makanan tambahan dengan tablet tambah darah lebih efektif dibandingkan suplementasi tablet tambah darah saja dalam meningkatkan asupan gizi dan menurunkan stres oksidatif pada ibu hamil KEK.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Usability of the Shopee Food application using Usability Testing (UT) and the System Usability Scale (SUS) methods. The backdrop of this research is the significance of information technology in daily life, particularly in the use of mobile applications that facilitate various human activities. Shopee Food, as one of the popular food ordering applications in Indonesia, was chosen as the research object. Despite having a significant market share, the application still faces challenges in terms of navigation and ease of use. The methodology employed in this study includes a qualitative approach through UT conducted on 5 new users and a quantitative approach through SUS questionnaires filled out by 30 experienced Shopee Food application users. UT was conducted to identify issues faced by new users while using the application, whereas the SUS questionnaire was used to measure the satisfaction level of active users. The results indicate significant Usability issues with the Shopee Food application, particularly regarding the addition of vouchers and changing payment methods, which often confuse users. However, in terms of Learnability, Efficiency, Errors, and Satisfaction, the application demonstrates good performance. The Success Rate reached 98.57%, indicating users could complete tasks effectively. The average Time-Based Efficiency was 0.049 goals per second, the Error Rate at 22.8% is considered low, and the SUS score of 70 is above average, indicating a satisfactory level of user satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that despite some Usability issues, the overall Usability level of the Shopee Food application is good. This research suggests improvements in the voucher addition feature and payment methods, as well as continuous Usability evaluations to ensure the application remains user-friendly and efficient
