Abstract

Leadership can be defined as behavior that has a specific purpose by influencing the activities of members and/or groups in order to achieve common goals that are designed to benefit the individual, group and organization. Leadership is the process of influencing other people both within the organization and outside the organization to take action to realize planned goals. Then there are 3 Leader Myths: DThe Birthright Myth, The For – All – Seasons Myth, The Intensity Myth. There are five attributes of leaders. Types of leaders There are 4 types of leaders.

Abstract

Kebijakan Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) atau yang sekarang berubah menjadi Sistem Penerimaan Murid Baru (SPMB) resmi diberlakukan oleh Mendikdasmen Prof. Abdul Mu’thi, perubahan juga terjadi pada istilah zonasi menjadi domisili, yakni siswa akan dinilai layak atau tidaknya masuk ke sekolah negeri berdasarkan jarak dari rumah ke sekolah. Istilah tersebut tentu tidak terlalu berbebda dengan kebijakan zonasi yang dikeluarkan oleh menteri pendidikan sebelumnya. Tujuan dari kebijakan tersebut diterapkan adalah sebagai upaya pemerataan kualitas dan akses pendidikan di Indonesia. Selain itu, implementasi kebijakan tersebut dirintis tentu masih menghadapi berbagai macam tantangan dan permasalahan lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan zonasi atau domisili SPMB yang dikeluarkan oleh Mendikdasmen, memunculkan problematika-problematika yang akan timbul, serta mengevaluasi pengaruhnya terhadap peserta didik, orang tua, serta satuan pendidikan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif – deskriptif analitis, melalui studi literatur dan wawancara terhadap pemangku kepentingan. Penulis mengidentifikasi bahwa kebijakan tersebut memiliki dampak positif dalam mengurangi kesenjangan pendidikan tetapi juga melahirkan beberapa masalah, yaitu keterbatasan daya tampung sekolah, ketimpangan kualitas antar sekolah, serta resistensi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan evaluasi dan penyesuaian kebijakan yang lebih fleksibel agar prinsip keadilan dan pemerataan pendidikan dapat tercapai secara normal

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of educational leaders and managers in supporting policy reform through the implementation of technology-based strategic and transformational leadership. In the digital era, educational institutions are required to adapt to dynamic policy changes, thus requiring visionary, adaptive, and innovative leadership. The research method used is a qualitative approach with literature studies and descriptive analysis of various scientific sources related to educational leadership and digital transformation. The results show that educational leaders have a crucial role in formulating strategic visions, managing organizational change, and integrating technology into decision-making and learning processes. Transformational leadership has been shown to improve the motivation, performance, and participation of all stakeholders in the implementation of educational policies. Meanwhile, the use of technology strengthens management effectiveness, transparency, and accountability in the education system. Thus, the synergy between strategic, transformational, and technology leadership is key to the success of sustainable educational policy reform.
